Feedback:

A disappointing experience. Twice. Less than a week ago I placed an order for my family for carryout. Got there in 15 mins (online said order would be ready n 10-20 min) I live 5 mins from them if not less. Got them home and pizzas where not hot or even looked like they had just been made. Maybe was because we order at 11pm? and nothing after 11 gets freshly made? or maybe they just dont make them right because they are 5.99 each I don't know but if that is the case PLEASE PLEASE add it to the advertisement so we "know". Once you took a bite the whole piece of cheese came off and the rest was hard and burned. I couldn't believed it the whole time my family was only talking about how I should complain so they know about this. I disregard and gave them another chance. TODAY (tonight) at 11pm I order AGAIN.. this time I order a 9.99 pizza with 3 toppings. What is going on? Pizza was not hot and edges burned. Please train your staff right and have people that can really cook a pizza. I am not a fan of you anymore PIZZA HUT.
