I have been coming too k9 for years now it wasn’t until recently though that I realized this was my only go 2 “Randy” has been so awesome he’s the only one who always remembers my name, ask’s how my day is you can tell he really cares about his customers!! Really goes out of his way too make people smile and make sure their taken care of. If it wasn’t for his friendly kind spirits I’d probably still jumping dispensary to dispensary!! Thanks too him this is my only go too :) thanks for being awesome your kindness is what we need more of in this world an especially this year many blessings Randy HE DESEVES A RAISE FOR SURE out there every day making every one smile rain or shine!!!!

Do not order delivery from these guys if you can help it. I'm a loyal customer who tried delivery for the first time today. It's been 4+ hours since I place my order and I'm not even clear on whether it will arrive at all at this point. I called in 90 minutes after the delivery left the store (according to text updates) and was just told that the driver had a lot of orders with him. No accountability or details. The store is closed now, so I have not idea if it's coming or not.That said, it's a decent store, especially if you are looking for cheap bud. I'm more of a top shelf buyer, and the options are limited but tend to be a decent value.*Haha one last note, since Corona hit, the customer service has gotten a lot snarkier and less pleasant. For instance I called in and asked, "do you have this-and-that?" and was told flatly, "look at the website and you'll see if it's available." I'm like, "yep, I already looked at the website, just trying to be polite." 5 seconds of silence. I'm like, "so do you have it?" They're like (salty voice), "yes." The weed game is too competitive for bad customer service and deliveries that never show!

Never had any problems until late, Very rude customer service when trying to call about a Order for delivery, Apparently the delivery person showed up without knocking or sending a notification And then proceeded to cancel my order. When Calling the person was very rude and said they wouldn't re-make my order out for delivery. Literally ordered from there 15 times first issue I've ever had. I always tipped 10+$ and appreciate the service your providing but not the experience. Guess its time to switch to the other dispensary!

Went in, they couldn’t take my card so I used the ATM and pulled out $20. Within the 30-45 seconds of using the ATM the guy at the counter had forgotten who I was. I handed him the $20 and he asked me what it was for.... Then when I arrived home, I pulled the cash out of my pocket to see that he had shorted me $5. I mean honestly, it felt like a high school transaction where you show up to your older friends house who’s baked out of his mind and he doesn’t have a clue what’s going on.

My worst experience in a dispensary . When I got into the parking lot I could hear yelling coming from the establishment I walked in to see both employees getting yelled at by the owner about how there doing there jobs using lots of colorful language now I'm a carpenter I'm not shy when it comes to language but that made my experience uncomfortable and honestly made me very upset. I hate to see employees treated this way that's why me, my roommates, family and friends will no longer purchase from this establishment and we will spread the word about the hostile work environment that these people are exposed to .there is always a better way to handle situations yelling and cussing at the employees in front of customers definitely not the way to handle things .

Walked into the dispo to get a Pax Pod because on Leafly it said they carried two different kinds. When I entered K9 and asked to get one the guy with glasses said they don’t carry any. After that I mentioned that Leafly said they carried two different kinds and when I told him that he got all sarcastic and rude saying things like “aww darn Leafly” and “I’m gonna contact them myself right away for ya.” Just very rude and unprofessional if you ask me. Won’t be returning.

I absolutely am in love with place first time going too. Very close to home and am having a horrible time in life right now. I went in and was more than helped and I have hope in life right now that I am going to be ok and find a job and be ok. I greatly appreciate the help I got with my green and vape but I left with something even better. I left with Hope 🤗

I rarely see the same clerk twice. Fairly consistent friendly staff and selection of extracts, including high CBD non intoxicating ones. Ask for a "battery" if you buy a cartridge but you cannot consume anything there. Location is close to Winco and some fast-food places, also "Deep Roots," another competitor, check prices when I did they were roughly the same. "Brad" is fast talking and primarily interested in Brad in this reviewer's opinion. Check everything twice if he serves you. If you have to return something, put it back exactly as you bought it, with your receipt and bag and drive back asking for "Jesse" or "Michael."

I don't know where to start, I've been to maaaaany of the local dispensaries, there are some really decent places in town, but this by far demolishes them all. Not only does this have grams ranging from 3 (YES THREE) friggen dollars, and up to 12, but the quality is fantastic, selection is fantastic, customer service is fantastic...you will not find a better place in town(s) Springfield OR Eugene. Don't take my word for it, take the little extra trip out of the way, you'll thank me later! :) Thanks K9!

Best one in Springfield. Just go inside and talk to them, they are really knowledgeable about their products, they are really friendly and helpful. Best hours. They deliver! And if i need a product for my pet, id come here over the feed store. These people really know what they are talking about and way better priced then the feed store.
