First of all Management at this store is Unprofessional and won’t communicate with you. They give you the run around everytime you try to talk to them, never stick to their word. Even the NEW management is poor and needs to be over looked. They sit there and just stare at you while you are getting what you need. They tell people one thing and do the opposite. Employees are over worked and some don’t even know what their doing When it comes to selling bud nor know what they are talking about when it comes to products. I have been coming to this location for over a year now as a loyal customer and it gets WORSE everytime and I will no longer be coming here or letting any of my friends know about this place. Lost a few loyal customers.

During a Pandemic, the most ironic moment was 4/15/20 driving up to see Sheeple crowding around the entry way and walk path (no masks) with the confirmation it just takes droplets from talking to spread a mass killing virus...only to be told a 15 minute wait just to start allowing entry having multiple people in a small consumer window shopping area...awesome!!!! (This is the closest pot shop to me like around the block haha)Meanwhile GreenMart maybe 2 miles away with traffic being extinct since Winco/Beaverton became a ghost town center...has curbside pickup/pay+order online and by the time I ordered after leaving Kaleafea The order was ready for pickup at Greenmart and only 1 car in front of me.Love/Hate relationship between Kaleafea/Greenmart Oof

I love it here! They're always very friendly and have a ton of buds to choose from with great deals! Probably the only con is that for the most part, I think mainly just because of how many strains there are, they can't really go into a lot of specifics on what type of high each strain gives you. It's usually just really general like "this is our new stuff" or "this is really popular right now". I kinda wish the tenders knew a little more detail about the effects of each strain but regardless it's a great spot with nice bud! Would def recommend!

Great store. They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff that made customers inexperienced (and slightly hesitant) with cannabis like myself comfortable. The store was clean and well lit. Though the smell of weed, obviously, was strong. If your only experience with marijuana is from a person sprawled in the back seat of a public bus who you can still smell even though you're huddled behind the driver with your face in the window, then the odor as you walk in can be a little jarring.I went specifically for CBD pain relief options, and they had a large selection which the clerk happily explained despite a large number of other customers needing help. There seemed to be equally numerous THC, edible and cannabis options, though I can't be sure as I have little experience with those.Due to state laws, the store can only accept cash payment. They have a ATM onsite if you need cash, but it does charge a $3 fee. Parking is a little odd. The company opened a "bodega" in a separate building where they sell non- cannabis products. The parking lot connects the two locations but has two other businesses in front of it. Park at the bodega and follow the lot to the main building.

Favorite dispensary in Beaverton and portland! Helpful they know me by name. Never rude. Great quality of cannabis and lots of choices. Staff also makes great recommendations if you’re looking for particular types of strains or high. Just took a cartridge in to see if they do exchanges. Mine wasn’t tampered with which took them a second to find out, got the paper work filled out and got a whole new cartridge of equal value. Didn’t expect that at all so needless to say these people know what they are doing and I always recommend this place to people. Great work kaleafa staff you guys are winners in my book.

Excellent selection, quality products, price range is wide and varied.My only suggestion is to find a better way to store and inventory the extracts.Seems unnecessarily cluttered and many times the budtender can't find the one I'm looking for or it isn't in stock anymore, that takes quite a bit of time.I've learned to pick at least 3 because they won't have 2 of them.No biggie, everything else is great!ETA: I picked up a couple of dollar doobies and received a red dry erase pen by mistake (red and white matched the containers lol) I returned and brought the pen, everything was made right.We all had a good laugh.

Kaleafa is my favorite dispensary after moving and living here for the last year and a half. I love how they have so many great options and I really like the staff. I’m someone who cares about service, and I go back to Kaleafa every time because of that. They make me feel welcomed every time and really understand what I’m looking for in bud. This was my very first time in a dispensary. I got to meet the budtenders. There are so many choices to choose from. The smell was amazing. The choices are the best. Very reasonable people and prices. Very knowledgeable in what they offer. West coast people are so friendly. Living in the midwest is a bore compared to out here in Oregon. I highly recommend this shop if you have never been to one.

I usually would give this place 5 stars. You have a wide variety, good quality, awesome prices, and usually the customer service is excellent. The store is kept nice and clean and the location is convenient. Yesterday was a different experience for me. I came in for the $60 ounce deal that I come for almost every week. The guy started right off by saying he hated $60 ounce days, and it totally set the tone. He discouraged weed smoking, which is not what a good weed salesperson would do. His attitude was negative and he complained through the entire transaction. The weed did not quite come to an oz, so he went to ask a supervisor what to do. He came back with a serious face and told me it would be full price. Luckily the other employees chimed in and started joking about the full price, or I would have taken this way more seriously and maybe just walked out. So I asked if I need to choose another weed and he finally said no that he was giving the same deal. I was relieved until I got home and looked at the weed. It was not only shakey, but he literally sold me stems. Sold me, stuff I cannot smoke, with no buds on them at all. The rest of the weed was pretty decent besides the stems, but this was the most sad looking pot I have EVER bought from Kaleafa in the almost 2 years I have been buying weed there. This experience was awful. He didn't even offer the discount I knew I had saved in my customer account, either. If I see that guy in there again, I might turn and walk out. I provide cleaning. If I gave a discount on my cleaning, but then did a horrible job cleaning, my clients would never call again. I have to provide the same level of service if I give my discount. You guys usually do, but I guess this one employee doesn't get it.

These guys rock! Selection is consistent and amazing, and I can't say enough good things about the super helpful staff, always ready to listen and with suggestions that apply. Totally go above and beyond for their clients. And always patient with new people! If the line is long, stick around: it's worth the wait, and they track the chaos well and move the line expediently.
