So this has or I should say had always been our go to dispensary. Since the day they opened. Used to have wonderful knowledgeable budtenders. Great selection and was always a great experience. Now where do I begin.... now the shelves have been bare. The quality has gone way down Top shelf is tasting like your neighbors home grown. There menus are never up to date, along with prices. When I try to buy a gram of oil they're out of the first 10 I ask for. But they can't bother to take it out of the display if its gone.And then the wet behind the ears budtenders.Bring back the old staff!

Really great weed for really great prices, professional and friendly staff, they also have a soda machine available for patrons. Their systems are a bit disorganized, they have a lot of overlap and frequently ask the names of patrons already being helped, it's a little annoying and should be an easy fix, but they don't fix it cause it's not a detriment to the business from their standpoint, but it does come off a little unprofessional, given that everything else about the establishment would lead you to believe that is not the case. Overall still a great dispensary for sure.

From checking in, to checking out, everyone was totally nice, chill & amazing!! Tons of great selections of flower, extracts, pre-rolls, and cool official Kaleafa merchandise to purchase too, & just in time for the holidays!!! Loved the atmosphere/chill vibe, you can chill on the couches, grab a soda or munchie while you wait for your turn, or just take a "break", at Kaleafa's!! Lol

There are a few things that stand out about Kaleafa. One is the unbelievable selection. The only dispensary in Oregon I have seen that can compete selection wise with Kaleafa has been Five Zero Trees. The second thing that stands out is the quality. Even their lower shelves offer absolute fire strains. But what sets Kaleafa apart the most to me is their exceptional customer service.
