I buy oils and every other time, I get home and find at least one they sold me was sitting all day upside down as it is caked in the lid so I will lose some. B.S. I've called about this before never offered a exchange before was told once it left the store no exchanges. New update now while waiting 20 minutes in line they let people cut off 8 people in line and go in ahead of everyone, when confronted he says I didn't know we had a line, bs, favouritism they have now lost a customer and all others I will let know. Forget kaleafa....................
