I have been in there a few times ( my previous bud-tenders were men) and today was my best experience yet! The lady that helped me her name was really cute (something along the lines of Bridget lol ) she communicated very well with me and answered all my questions and she was the first one to sign me up for the rewards program! Thank you girl!

I believe it was just before Thanksgiving, when I had my RV die in Kaleafa's parking lot, and unable to restart one evening and I had to wait for someone to come out to jump or tow me through my insurance. Unfortunately, I had to wait over 4 hours, and Kaleafa personnel were very friendly and accommodating, letting me hang around, inside, out of the cold. Eventually, they had to close at 10:00, and I decided to get a ride home and deal with a tow in the morning.Brett, the owner, was gracious and kind, and the personnel were more than generous letting me stay. I am most grateful to them all at Kaleafa for their hospitality, and great products!

In reference to Kyle Mayer's Review on Friday May 10th. As a long time customer I have NEVER felt unsafe at Kaleafa and I was in the store when this incident took place and saw it all and he is completely misrepresenting the facts. In fact he was the aggressor and caused a major disturbance in the store for no reason. The staff was amazing and handled the matter swiftly and safely. I hope his review is taken down for false statements and he banned from their store. Its a shame that people take to social media to try to disparage a good honest business that is ran honestly and fairly with a very high level of security and safety for it's customers. I will continue to shop there and I thoroughly enjoy each time I visit. Thank you Kaleafa!

I have been faithful to Kaleafa from the start and plan on continuing. I think they are the best. i have no desire to try the new cannabis shop in town with the service and care i've gotten at Oak Harbor's Kaleafa. Although, I was upset today, I had purchased the wrong cartridge and so called Kaleafa to see if I could return the unopen package for the correct cartridge, man on phone said yes, and even went and got second opinion. I drive across town on fumes for gas to find most of the employees telling me how I cannot do this. I said i understand they have laws. That didn't make me angry but two employees said to come in there and then I walk away with nothing but embarrassment, actually. but i did tell the asst. manager that I would return, but I still feel angry with them, I will get over it. Was attacked trying to enter kaleafa today by another kaleafa customer entering the store. Braggita the store employee described him as someone who frequents the store ones or twice a week. Don't feel safe going there unarmed now. Brent should have security in parking lot to protect people from that guy and others like him.

Of the many shops here on Whidbey Island, I have always found Kaleafa to have the best prices for the same products every where else on the island. For medical marijuana they're the best deal in town. Most other shops that run specials or have "sales" will give you the discount or honor your card but not both, except Kalifa. They always honor my card for my medication and give me the discount that they've advertised! Now that's righteous! The only complaint I have with Kalifa is my brand. I like a certain brand and they run out. So if you find something you really like, you better buy it up because once it's gone, it's gone! That can also be attributed to the product it's self. There's only so much to go around. What a ya gonna do!

I've been coming here since shortly after the grand opening the owners down to each and every staff member have been nothing but fabulous and phenomenal as far as being helpful kind and caring. Being in good spirits and getting to know your customers is so important and you guys have had no issue with doing that: it's easy. I come here often, most days daily. Thank you to the great staff and the owners for creating such a humble fun environment for us the consumers. My absolute favorite strain was the Jesus OG, please let's bring that back! God bless
