This place usually has one of the larger varieties of flower stains to choose from, and relatively knowledgeable staff, so they're my usual go-to, and they offer reward points. So this week I wanted something special for our anniversary. Added a caviar to the purchase... and then Julian went to work on the daily discount. He managed to get the tab down to EXACTLY what I had in cash + my bonus points, and that's the kind I'd service that makes you come back. Their selection is low this week, but still got several nice items. Recommend.

I've called about this before never offered a exchange before was told once it left the store no exchanges. New update now while waiting 20 minutes in line they let people cut off 8 people in line and go in ahead of everyone, when confronted he says I didn't know we had a line, bs, favouritism they have now lost a customer and all others I will let know. Forget kaleafa....................

I’ll start off by stating that I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Also a regular who’s in there about every other day buying an once at a time plus cartridges. This morning I come in to purchase another Oz and return a cartridge I couldn’t get to work. Was told the previous day when I bought the cartridge that if I had any issues just return with original packaging. So that’s exactly what I did. Guy who “assisted” with the return was complaining under his breath, and to coworkers right behind me throughout the entire process of how I’m returning a perfectly good cartridge. Also continued to complain to coworkers as I’m walking out, and can still hear him whining about it as I’m unlocking my bike outside. If he is a manager I suggest some serious polishing in the “customer service” department. If you’re not going to honor your return policy then stop having your employees boast about it during purchase...just to be harassed later if you do need to return. Never in my life have I witnessed someone take a return so personally and dealt with in such an immature, disrespectful manner.

I go here very often and this time a couple days ago i got a oz that looked great in the jar then i get home and open the container to a almost half of the oz small tiny pieces of flower like its the bottom of the jar with stems when the jar was pretty full. Hopefully they can do a better job of getting rid of all the small larfy popcorn stemmy flower when theyre selling a oz. Or disount it.

I bought a $65 ounce and got more seeds than I've ever seen from a shop in this city, and i got roped into their "ounce only price" when i could have gone down the street and got a $40 half that would have had higher percentage and not had a bunch of seeds. If you don't wanna spend at least $8 a gram don't go here. Oh also bought a gram of oil that was labeled sugar wax in the case and got some brown shatter that looks like homeboy forgot it in his pocket delivering it to the shop. Call me prude but y'all had some fire over a year ago. 2 stars for genuine peeps and giving me $1 off my purchase. 🤷

Been going here 3 years up until tonight. Name was called and I knew exactly what I wanted only to have a customer complain about the wait having been long so instead of helping me like a professional she helped the customer who was complaining even though she was in the process of helping me. Very unprofessional I can no longer suggest this place to anyone please go some place else that values your money. Go to other cannabis shops in the area this place is a bad representation of the WOODSTOCK community .

This is my Thank You letter to Kaleafa:Hello there, I just wanted to express my gratification for being a customer of Kaleafa. It is my birthday today and I went in to the Woodstock location at about 9:30 p.m. and everyone was so cool. I also wanted to let you know that the birthday specials that you guys have means a lot to me. Why? Because I went down to Nectars based on the recommendations of a close friend and I did not have a good experience at all. It was the location on 89th and Woodstock. I've never even set foot into Nectar but I assumed that the people there was nice and helpful as the people at the Kaleafa Woodstock location. Boy was I wrong. The old lady there looked at my I.D. and I told her that it was my first time here. And that my friend recommended this place. She used a magnifying glass and was looking closely at my I.D. card and said, "Oh, it's your birthday. Well, happy birthday. You will get nothing free here except for smells..." I didn't know that she was serious so I asked her, do you have any birthday deals?She demeaningly responds, "I just told you, you get nothing free here except for smells..."I reply, "I'm not looking for anything free. I just want to know if you have any birthday deals". She then comments on how I have a angry looking Pikachu on my limited edition very expensive Pokemon hat. I felt vibes of unfriendliness from her. Needless to say, I left and do not ever plan on coming back to Nectar, nor will I recommend them to anybody if this is how they treat first time guests. This caused me think back at how fortunate I am to be a customer of Kaleafa where I am welcomed and treated with dignity and respect. Thank you, Phil

One of the best places to go to! I’m a MVP Member here and I absolutely can’t tell u that this is the place to get some amazing good quality buds and best oils and cartridges! Reasonable prices also! Can’t and wouldn’t ever complain and the best part is the customer service they provide! These people are my people my family now! I never know what to get and they literally find the best products that have helped me in so many ways and I’m so Greatful for that! Thank you everyone at the Woodstock kaleafa! You guys rock and are doing amazing! Will always recommend and always come back here! If I could I’d give u 100 stars!

Four years solid, haven't found a better bang for my buck in the Portland Metro. We like Matt, Matt and Matt. ;) also, thanks for keeping licorice on hand.And listen to the staff, they know what's up. Tell them what kind of high you want, your budget, and how you want to do it. They never lead us wrong.

this place offers great selection of the items that they carried also the stuffs are all very friendly and chill. One of the best things in the shop is their everyday discount. The price of the buds and wax are pretty good! I would definitely recommend this place and this is acutally the only place we go to get the products we need!
