I have only had one strange experiences here and it had to do with an ID check at the door that came off somewhat abrupt and rude. I don’t think it was intentional, and I’ve had great experiences since so I’m still happy to give 5 stars. The staff is always eager to help and give plenty of helpful suggestions. Most reviews seem to comment on prices and product quality. I don’t feel the employees of this location are at fault for those things so I’m happy to give them a positive review for the service they provide. Also I’ve been informed that they do have a review process for individual products so they are acting on client reports of poor quality product.

There website looks soo neat. Some prices I'm surprised by and would never pay.And some prices are very fair.Trustable edibles is nice .So glad it's legal now. The government is doing a lot better job of supplying cannabis to Canada now. So got to give them credit.

Honestly pretty surprised at some of the reviews here.Weight seems to be an issue with a lot of people, as well as freshness. I’ve had a few strains that were a bit on the drier side, and some that felt super fresh and sticky. It completely depends on which strain you buy, who produces it, and when it was packaged. You can ask when the bud is from and if you’re not happy with that you can try another strain.As of now as far as I know they’re not allowed to have bulk buds ready for scale and inspection (would you really wanna buy bud that other people have touched and stuck their noses to?)I like knowing that my bud is freshly sealed after harvesting in a container. The “dry” bud that I’ve gotten has been far from unsmokeable.Perhaps BCCS could figure out how to have very fresh buds constantly, but can you imagine the logistics, quality control, and man hours it would take to insure that? I’m sure in the future it will be up to those standards.And for the time being, I’m completely fine with my 23-30$ 1/8’s.It’s much more reliable, safe, and less sketchy than it was before legalizing.

Overall Im very disappointed with the store for a number of reasons#1 Selection is horrible#2 Potency is misrepresented. On the display it will list potency at something like 17-22% while the pot they are actually selling is only 14 or 15%#3 Many workers are pushy and obviously know squat about weed and still push old debunked fallacies like Indica makes you tired and Sativa gives you energy#4 Vastly over priced and much of the most expensive pot is bunk #5 Many of the best strains never get stocked in the store#6 Workers have no info on whats coming or when#7 Tablets in store arent even current with stockClassic monopoly mentality where they figure being the only legal supplier they can do whatever they want and people will just suck it up and come back for more.

We wish they would have one of these shops in the lower mainland since going all the way to Kamloops is a real pain.You walk in and our greeted by the staff no scanning of ID (see our review of Planet 13 in Vegas) One thing you have to be careful about is the 30 gram limit. Very easy to figure out if you are buying flower. But if you mix in tincture with it can get confusing. Since they are quite strict with the 30 gram limit. So if you are making the trip out there from the lower mainland and really want to stock up ensure you bring someone with you so you can bypass that 30 gram limit.Great selection. Viewing cases that you can pick up and look at with magnification. If you have any questions the staff on the floor are always friendly and knowledgeable. Have been to this location 4 different times. Considerably cheaper than the private ones that are selling the same stuff.

I love the selection of bongs and papers, as well as other smoking accessories. Got my fav rolling tray there and I love it. BUT, I went to buy 7 grams, and I went for the Lola Montez, when I went to the desk they asked if I wanted the "upgraded" version and she said it's picked from the top of the plant, making it higher quality, I said what the hell and got that. When I got home and opened the packaging, the weed was dry and there was nowhere near 7 grams in the packaging (maybe 3) and when I went to smoke it, it tasted stale. Make sure your product is fresh and properly weighed.

Terrible service, and very rude stuff. Would not recommend buying bud from this place as it’s very over priced for what your actually getting. Also showed 3 pieces of ID and was still denied access to the store on one occasion. Overall was not a fan of this store, ultimately drove a couple km down the road to another dispensary which I was very satisfied with.

The store it's self is good. Friendly staff and lots of product. Unfortunately, you don't get what you pay for. Everytime I've made a purchase the weight advertised is not the actual weight you get. The buds are dried out and a 3.5g package weight out at 2.78g.The government will need to change the way these products are sold. Weigh product infront of customer to gaurentee the product isn't too dry and the weight is accurate.Until then, the black market will thrive. Hence why BC has the lowest legal sales in Canada.

Lots of great strains available, love the variety here and the quality is very good most of the time. My only real issue is that sometimes you'll get grams that are a bit too dried out and old, you shouldn't be getting weed that was harvested almost a year ago at the time of sale, it should be within 6 months of harvest for the best quality especially considering that some strains aren't cheap. Other than that, love the store and the staff are pretty friendly

I have purchased a few times every time I weigh it it’s under, I know the law states all product must be sealed for sale and that’s fine but if I go to the grocery store and I’m buying produce it’s weighed at the till , you wouldn’t buy a bottle of wine with a a half a glass missing would you? How about weighing it in front of clients and sealing it after , or clear packaging so we see what we’re buying, until these things are fixed you won’t get rid of the black market.
