I understand nonessential businesses closing down for the time being. That’s not what I’m upset about. What I’m upset about is that when I got the text that the business would be closing down early today and to preorder before 7:30pm, which I obviously did at 4:54 pm. I got the confirmation order, the confirmation text, and had the right store. But when I patiently wait for 2 hours and 30 min, never get anything even when I ask the number at 7:34 when I could pick up my order. No response. I go down to the store with 15 min remaining. I tell the security guard that I have a pick up order and when he asks the people inside, they don’t have my order. Better yet, then the security guard tells me twice I can call in at that moment and put my order in before they close. I try to do so twice with both numbers for the facility, and then they tell me that I’m basically out of luck. So much bs.

Not too many options here but they normally carry some pretty good stuff. Staff members are well informed and ready to tell you about their prodect. Prices are a little high for recreational purposes but you can get a local discount for living in Sun Valley. They also have different deals throught the week. Including discounts for wearing UNR gear.

I’ve only been to a few dispensaries, but this is hands down my favorite. The space is elegant, clean and simple. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Every employee is kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Bonus: incredible deals every day of the week, exceptional quality products. Highly recommend to friends and family, and I keep coming back!

This disensary delivers to recreational patients! I love this. Once you go in for the first time and let them check your ID you can have them deliver to your house. I love that the security guard brings it to you. It feels so safe. The last time I ordered for delivery, Jenn took my order over the phone. She was so patient with all of my questions. Even with her checking people in she was still on top of things and right there to let me know all of the information. I especially like how she introduces herself first so that I know exactly who I am speaking with. Thank you Kanna for having the most wonderful employees.

These guys have treated me and my disabled mother with the utmost professionalism and care. I can't thank these guys enough, so I thought I'd copy/paste my yelp review. I'm a prior budtender & caregiver for my disabled mother and she's always looking for a dispensary that can meet her specific needs. After about 6 visits, I can confidently say their service does not vary below perfect, they know what they're talking about and will lead you directly to the medicine best suited for you with the knowledge and test results to back it up. Coming from someone who's worked in the cannabis industry, I highly recommend Kanna, they'll take good care of you

Amazing staff s/o to Melanie! They always make me and my fiancé feel like family, we only come to Kanna unless we need to go somewhere else. They always have some dank and it's rare when they let us down with what we want to buy! Always in and out never a line and we have always came out satisfied with what we buy. Number one dispensary for us !! ☝️

My wife was a customer, I went with her many times, the employees my wife talk to were great, tried to be helpful, but their selection is small compared to the other Sun Valley store. Always out of what actually helped her back pain, crushed discs. That's just her experience most of the time. Does not mean others have had or will have same experience.

I do love the bud here, and used to love this place, but after my last visit, I think I'll stay elsewhere. I enjoy going in on a Wednesday, and getting their 15% discount. So I did and I bough a lot, around 500 dollars worth..they offered to give me 4 eighths as they were out of an ounce of what I wanted. They charged me the eighth price for all of them. Something silver state makes sure not do to! They kept talking about how good of a deal I was getting while screwing me in the end.

Professional, courteous front desk employees. Great business model for other dispensaries to look at. After you get checked in they guide you into the area with products. They introduce you to your personal shopper that is equiped with a tablet. The gentleman that waited on my husband and I was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was quick with any questions we had and didn't make us feel like we had to hurry or we weren't important. They have live time access to their inventory so you won't be disappointed if they are out of a certain strain. Instead they offer you a similar product.

My sales lady was a bit of a cold fish. I had a couple of product questions and had to lead the issue. But she kind of answered and I got my selection. The rest of the staff were very friendly. 4 stars because it's all in China cabinets with sales and patrons pointing at things through glass. I feel a little more at home a Reef and others. But I did go there because online menus suggested better prices.
