Hands down best service I've ever had from a delivery service food or goods. They gave me a discount after I screwed up and were on instant text immediately after I tried to fix the ordeal. I thenleft the driver waiting after getting a 15 min "we will arrive text"...so sorry >< the driver called twice and so did the office and even though they should have been annoyed with me were so nice, made it within the 2 hour window delivered the goods, Best Customer Service Ever. Cant preach enough how amazing this was.

Started off great. Then I couldn't place orders online, then the web page mentioned it does not deliver to my area, after many previous deliveries. The Flower Company and Barbary Coast never have these issues. If they did I imagine they would be a bit more focused on a resoluation than Cannibis Express seems to be. Again, started off good, ended poorly. Be warned.

They gave me an eta of 45-90 minutes... it took almost 4 hours. I ordered at 7, called in at 10 to check. The guy tells me there were some delays but the driver is 20 minutes out. 10:30 comes by and nothing, call in again and he says the driver is 5 minutes away. Finally the dude shows up at 10:50 talking loudly outside my house as if he were trying to wake up my family and neighbors. I have work at 5am, what kind of service is this? Don’t use them if you value customer service or your time

I absolutely love this dispensary I've ordered from them frequently and they are consistently on time with great product (most places don't have inventory once they arrive or it's not on the menu) and one time I had a customer service issue that was not with them directly it was with a third-party and they still took initiative and help to me solve issue and I am so happy I found them!

So they ran out of the buds I ordered online and instead of canceling my order, they offered to give me higher quality buds for the same price just for the inconvenience, that’s customer service you rarely see anywhere! These guys clearly care about their customers and I’m only a first time patient! Definitely won’t be my last time ordering from these guys and anyone reading this review should as well I promise you won’t be disappointed!

From my first delivery to my latest, Canex is always reliable for excellent products, speedy and courteous delivery. Overall excellent value compared to the other guys out there, and they always add personal touch with good communication and follow up after an order is placed. I feel like these guys are more than just my go-to delivery service, these guys are actually more like good bros and I look forward to seeing them and tipping with a smile!
