Having just had a hip surgery I was left with pain and discomfort from surgery. I tried everthing to alieviate the pain and discomfort to no avail. My caring sister suggested I try a diffrent approach by trying reiki. She set the appointment and I was convinced that if the surgeon and PT people cant help me how is reiki going to do anything. After the first appointment I not only was massivly wrong in my initial assumption but I acually was pain free, granted it didnt last due to acually having a physical problem (cut nerve during surgery)My first appoontment gave me relief in ways im not able to find words for, for the first time in 4 months she had me pain free and I was ecstatic. After my third visit, nothing short of amazing. She asked how I felt, and i was speechless. Almost to the point of joyful tears. I can only tell everyone that this has proven more beneficial to my hip surgery many times over to the point of not being able to properly convey the happiness and hope I now have for a faster recovery.
