Was treated badly, then ignored when it was my turn, then treated badly again for asking for help. After they sent me to their atm, where they charge an outrageous fee, I ended up leaving without buying anything. I know competition in SF isn’t all that strong, but I was more than happy to make the 2 minute walk to Love Shack where they greeted me with a smile, talked to me like a customer and not an inconvenience, and I made a large purchase because of it.

Ketama is awesome it's my favorite dispensary cause the fact they respect me and don't have the greed issue that bankrups you and on top of that it's all top notch diggity dank,terpes,shatter,wax,concentrates,edibles and every kind of cannabis products it's guaranteed you'll walk out of there happy and satisfied not being able to wait till the next visit.

ASK TO TRY THE 1/4 or 1/2G MOON ROCKS ON SALE THIS WEEK they just got in it was the best value for my money. They are 3 layers Of all top shelf in door Local and organic grown products very high turpines super potent....they literaly look like a moon rock and they are composed of the following . .....(Layer#1)Center is a "SHERBERT BUD "(Layer#2)Dipped in "COMPTON OG SHATTER" . (Layer#3)Then rolled in thick layer of "GREEN CRACk"Keif which stops them from sticking to fingers I got a little jar with several small moon rocks which was great for personals. Although I couldn't finish whole big one without one friend to smoke with. They started stocking these smaller rocks about the size of a lady bug which are perfect. They don't get burnt up after the first person hits the bobg each of us had our own fresh bole. If you only have $10 to test them out deffinitly try it your money will Be well spent. One bole of moon rocks is equivalent of around 3 to 5 regular top shelf indoor buds. The other flavors in stock where cookies and blue dream, and Gelato one bole no bigger than a blueberry muffin knocked me and 3 friends on our ass for 4 hours.Seriously missing out if you don't try these at least once they are guaranteed do the job on even thevheavy smokers. I use to come home from work and smoke 3 boles alone now I take one bong rip of moon rocks and don't even think about smoking again all night. I save so much money and spend way less time smoking and inhaling carsinagons from the flame. MOON ROCKS

I really like this club. The people who work there are helpful and friendly. They're open late; 9:55pm every day. And they have a give away on 4/20. A purchase gets you a draw from the bowl of prizes. The prizes get better every year! Such a cool atmosphere too, although unfortunately there's no smoking lounge because it's close to a school.

Totally disorganized and unprofessional. Went to get a 1/2 oz for $75 that was on the menu, and the budtender said he had to do $100 (it was 25/8th).Got home with my medicine to realize that the free edible they gave me was a display package that had a cotton ball inside. I called to complain about this and the menu price of the medicine I bought, and was informed that I could go exchange the fake edible, and that I could buy that previously mentioned medicine at $75 for 1/2oz. Not that they wouldn't refund my 25 dollars, but I could buy an ADDITIONAL 1/2 oz for the listed price.I went back to the dispensary today, and was lucky enough to be there when the manager was in the store. Only he didn't believe me, and questioned me for about 5 minutes about the clerk that gave me the fake edible. The other employee there told him that this has happened before, he checked my purchase, and I could get the exchanged edible. But the manager was having none of it. He said if I was telling the truth I could come back when the mystery person was working (how would I know when that is) and have her exchange it for me. I left without even taking the fake edible with me, with no intention of returning to this poorly run business.So the manager of the store basically told me to kick rocks over a $5 edible cause he didn't believe me, even when his own employee and business records showed that I was telling the truth.On top of this personal experience, I can say that both times I went, there was NO security. Like not even a closed door. The floors and display cases are filthy and the staff don't use gloves when handling the medicine. This is a very disorganized and unclean dispensary.
