I like Keystone Shops for a few reasons. First is their specialists' advice. I've spoken to over a half dozen of them and each offers their own personal take on what they think would be the best for me. Product availability is next, because they offer a variety of meds for your condition. KS is on top of their social media game, as this is probably the best way to let customers know what is currently in stock. My final reasons is their discounts and sales, especially the birthday special. Keep up the good work!

They claim that their pricing is set to the grower/producer recommendation however as you can clearly see in Terrapin flower between Keystone and rival shop TerraVida that there is a major price discrepancy. Keystone is charging on average $5 more per 8th and sometimes even $15 more per 8th (See Elphaba's Bliss in my screenshot photo below of each shops menu.) Additionally I have highlighted and color coded the same strains at each shop to show the price discrepancies. We can conclude that either TerraVida is undercharging or that Keystone is overcharging patients. They have told me TerraVida will "raise prices" for a while now. I have not seen that change and further if they had information TerraVida is raising their pricing then we can further conclude that the dispensaries in PA are colluding with each other to artificially inflate the pricing of their products. Again this is not a knock on the employees or level service i receive at the shops which is always top notch however whichever higher up is setting prices needs to reevaluate and stop over charging medical patients for their medicine. Completely unacceptable.
