I pulled my membership from here because the medical side is never stocked (literally had no flower). Rechecked in and waited at the recreation side to get discounted pre rolls. Long haired male, young, and rude refused to honor discount approved from medical side on pre roll. Then when I asked why, he replied “you can go to any other”. This is the second time this guy has told me this. Desirae tried her best and was very helpful but this repeat interaction with this kid is enough to say goodbye.

After posting a negative review about an hour and a half ago I have been thinking about my actions and would like to apologise for how I acted and not judging kind care fairly. This being said I have many friends who are loyal to Kind Care so I believe it should be noted that they rave about the quality and friendliness that they receive at kind care. All and all I will continue to recommend Kind Care to tourists and others, and do not believe that my previous negative statements reflect kind care accurately.

I visited Kind Care when they were only doing curbside due to quarantine, and received, what looked like, a half Oz of trimmings. Although I did go for the cheaper option at $80/half, it was not advertised as shake or ground flower. I have since received a $38/half from Green Solution that was leaps and bounds better quality than the $80/half from Kind.

The only dispensary I'll really go to, they are very clean & well maintained, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful if you have any questions or are looking for recommendations. There's always good prices & deals going on. I highly recommend Kindcare 😊- Thank you guys for being so amazing especially during this challenging time

Pretty disappointing experience. I am a frequent shopper and only shop this dispensary, however, after today I will be shopping elsewhere. I placed an online order and went to pick it up; three cars/customers were given their orders ahead of me even though I arrived before they did. When I mentioned it to the bud tender, I threw his hands up as if to say, "too bad". Two items were missing from my order and I had a $60 credit that was not applied. As a loyal customer I honestly expected much better service.

Prices and facility were not bad, but the bud and service was. Budtender wouldn't even let me see the bud! So buying product is just a guessing game? I bought gold tier and there was absolutely no smell to the bud whatsoever, like zero terpenes. In addition, I found multiple seeds in the bud and it didn't get me very high. Bad experience overall.

Best dispensary I've ever been to. This includes the dozens I went to in Washington state. The staff are always happy to see you, help you, answer questions, and share a laugh. I gotta give a shout out to my Budtender Garrett. Described what I was looking for and he knew exactly which strain to recommend. I've been to quite a few places here in NoCo but this one is THE dispensary I'm going to as long as they are open.

I’ve always enjoyed Kind Care but hadn’t stopped by for a while before today. Andrew was my bud tender on today’s trip. He was a very knowledgeable guy, and had hilariously relatable anecdotes when describing the products. Andrew made it a great buying experience for me, and sent me home with two beautiful hybrid strains. I would recommend stopping by Kind Care to visit this dude if you’re looking for a place to shop with great product and customer service. Thanks Andrew!

While each member of the staff is awesome and friendly, Andrew stands out as really enjoying his work! He cheerfully and comically handled my myriad of questions and only reinforced the regularly awesome service I have come to look forward to!Selection and quality are too notch as well!
