terrible pricing for clones, had very few medium quality plants and charged $60 for one . they also stock lesser quality plants for $45, wouldn't touch those as they looked like warmed over poop. won't consider this place again as an option for clones. I am not shy about spending money so that's not what I am on about. its a quality issue.. and that is lacking in their meager clone stock. I was left with the impression that clones were an "after thought" in the business plan with no thought toward the quality of the product but every thought towards maximizing profit from it. like I stated, not recommended to those seeking quality clones..

Best dispensary in this area, maybe even in the whole city! The staff is lovely, friendly and educated and they really do want to help you find the best option for you. They carry a large variety of products and always have clones! Great shake deals if you're on a budget and high-end flower as well. Did I mention how great the staff is? Very informative. Truly one of the most pleasant dispensaries with a nice selection of flower and a good balance of wellness-focused options and fun recreational focused products.

I walk past this place at least twice a week but was apprehensive about stopping in because of all the negative reviews... Today I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Taylor, the young lady who helped me, was phenomenal. Greeted me with a smile, was extremely friendly, and helpful. I'm definitely glad I gave them a try, especially since I live so close. Thank you!

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I've recieced here. For years I've loved coming here. Now the quality of products has gone down hill tremendously! Not to mention every time I'm in the shop, they're is a blonde haired taller, skinny girl working. She has the worst attitude! She makes me uncomfortable to ask questions about the products . Ive never been spoken to like that as a customer in any establishment! I will not be giving my business to this place anymore. This is unfortunate, as it use to be my favorite place.

My husband was having major anxiety and pain after surgery so he went to the not so kind heart collective to spend our last bit of cash till my check clears tomorrow. He was extremely insistent that he has a horrible reaction to pine and wanted something fruity. The salesperson insisted that Black Lime was perfect for him. His sense of smell was not working well so he depended on their knowledge. We got home and he loaded his pipe to get an immediate sore throat and severe headache. We go back to the store to be told there are no refunds and the manager wont be back till Tuesday. Today is Friday. Thanks for the lovely experience.

Worst dispensary in town. I work right next to it and have been there dozens of times, the employees are friendly and it's convenient for me. However the last few times I've gotten garbage product. I bought a cartridge for the first time and paid for a gram and got a cartridge that was 1/2 full, since I don't buy cartridges I didn't know it wasn't supposed to be 1/2 full until I went there again to get another one. The girl said "you must have accidentally got a sample cartridge", what? Like can you even sample products whilw your working in a dispensary, it was pretty sketchy. I wasn't expecting a free cartridge but they didn't even offer me a discount on the one I was buying, I literally special 40 or a full gram and felt robbed. I asked for distillate but what I got was poorly extracted BHO, which made me choke horribly. I was so disheartened I decided to just stop going, and after a couple weeks I decided to give it one last try because I didn't have time to get to anywhere else after work. All their flower is prepackaged and they just have a tiny but in a petri dish. I bought a quarter of flower that didn't look anything like the sample and it's still wet!!!! Literally it feels wet still sizzles when I try to smoke it. Literally robbed by them again, even if I dry it myself, it'll be half the weed I paid for! Seriously the most garbage place!

This is one of the worst pot shops in Portland period!, I will never come here again and I suggest you don't either. They do not stay up to date on their menu, I don't know why they even have one? I have been here three different times to get something that their menu said they have and all three times have been out of! I think it's time for a new manager!!!!! You suck kind heart.

Got a few clones here. One purple punch and a sour D, noticed a tacoing leaf on the purple punch plant and didn't think too much about it and now about a month later my whole garden has russet mites the purple punch and the plant next to it showing the heaviest signs. Paid about $100 for the two clones, now they're both in the trash can, along with most of my other plants in my MEDICINAL garden some of which is unreplaceable. I would normally call and talk to employees first before posting a review of this degree but needless to say I will not be shopping here again and highly suggest others do not as well if they home grow.

$20 shake eighths that are barely shake, 'nuff said. This place kicks ass!!! nice staff, welcoming reception area. Great location too, there is an awesome paleo diet restaurant next door, the county library and a pretty sweet consignment shop all right there. some bars too even. the parking is street only ones that is the only reason I give it 4 stars.Edited review as of 8/6/16- they upped shake eighth to $25 an eighth. That's a big jump.
