As a caregiver I often have to purchase pain patches for my clients. After being a regular customer since they opened, I was assaulted physically and thrown out of their store by their violent manager for no reason. And yes I was wearing a mask. There was ZERO reason for being treated the way I was treated. He grabbed my phone from my hand and threw it on the ground and yanked my hand. Even two of the store employees apologized to me for his behavior. This man has no business being a manager. I was forced to call the police, just for shopping! NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE! ITS A DANGER TO YOUR HEALTH!

Very expensive an very poor quality top shelf compared to other shops , worst experience for the first time going there .. I purchased 3.5 grams of pixie dust and also 3.5 of wedding cake . I was told there where the two, best buds an that they were indoor .. but that was not indoor that they gave me it looked an smelled like lite dept quality .. I have never seen top shelf indoor that bad not even from a beginners grower stand point .. will not be going there ever an also would not recommend anyone to go there if you really want top shelf quality indoor buds ..

A staple of the Santa Cruz cannabis scene! Kindpeoples traditionally has the best preroll deals in town. The indoor top shelf is usually pretty steep, but they always have amazing greenhouse selection for a great price. The most impressive part of Kindpeoples is their genetics selection. They have dark hearts and purple city genetics clones which are the best available clones in the area. These clones are so sought after in other areas of the state people camp out before drops and they are sold out the same day the are delivered, there is never a problem getting a high quality cut from here.

Large, clean, airy, well-staffed, good selection, prices and %’s are all in line with local competition. Parking is free and plentiful. This is a very safe location. No guards outside and more relaxed security inside the front door. At first few visits I felt accosted by a guard, now they just remain in sight. Discounts for Vets, Wisdom, frequent flyer customer 10% off. My preferred shop in Santa Cruz 🌊🏄🏻♂️.

I used to go here a lot, and really liked the service and people there. However over the past year, especially after the Ocean street location opened, I've noticed a steady decline in customer service, and all faces I've gotten used to seeing slowly disappear. And when I run into those faces on the street they have nothing but bad things to say about the company. And lots of gossip about rampant drug usage and mismanagement. Weed is legal guys, not cocaine. I've seen a few of their employees have moved to other dispensaries. You should as well.

Absolutely rad experience. Front staff was fun, hilarious and helpful. The shop is like a candy store and you get to look at and compare product. James was absolutely knowledgeable, helpful and a really awesome, friendly person. I used to frequent the Soquel Kind, but I really found a new favourite here on Ocean. Thanks ladies and gents for an awesome experience! Be seeing you again soon!

Wife and I came by, but unfortunately my I'd was out of date, so they made me stand out side even though I am obviously of age and in pain due to a pinched nerve in my spine. The couch is just 7 feet inside the door but they would not let me even sit to wait for my wife. They would prefer to talk to each other instead of being curious to their customers.

Most kind people in the Santa Cruz area! Just make sure when you're ready to pay, don't stand behind the people paying, wait at the beginning of the line lol. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and can point you in the right direction if you're looking for anything in particular. Yesterday I stopped by Kindpeoples for quick stop. WOW what a cool place. ✌ I really enjoyed how we can look at all the products right in front of you, no more pesty on line looking. ❤👍☺☺ Cartridges, edibles, tincture and all your supplies too. 💨💨💨 I was able to see and compare the ingredients and THC% on the products I was buying.
