Service was fine, just the food isn't very good. I have tried to give BK a shot a few times over the past few years and the food has always disappointment, even when they had coupons for 15$ for something like 4 drinks, 4 burgers and 4 fries I still found myself not wanting to go their with friends. I don't think that's the fault of this location or staff, just of the company as a whole. That being said the coupons are good and they occasionally have cheaper prices than other fast food to try and bring in more customers so I guess thats a plus.

I was at this branch to order breakfast andthe cashier was rude . I asked for a cup holder and he told me in a sarcastic way that they don’t have it and walked away. How am I suppose to carry four cups of coffee and 2 brown bags. I’m not coming back to this location . Bad customer service and besides when I got home he gave me a wrong order.

I'm vegetarian, so I don't want to taste a veggie burger that tastes like meat. Though I'm sure the Impossible Burger has less cancer causing growth hormones and antibiotics than the meat burgers.This is a Gem of all Burger King restaurants. Thoughtful staff, this Burger King has clean tables, seats, soda station, condiments area, landscape, and even the parking lot. Management enforces care. Except the bathroom. The same toilet paper and trash was on the floor, from last week. The toilet seat covers remain empty and remnants on the floor. The paper towel dispenser remains empty. Since managers are responsible for inspection, fault lies completely with ALL the managers on every shift. I thought it so disgusting, I used a napkin I had and picked up most of it myself.But in fairness, clients here are not homeless. Clients pick up after themselves and respect the property of the business. This location has far less to clean than other locations.Many Burger Kings are shabby, dirty, food is inedible, or staff act as though they are borderline homeless. Pick any 2 of the above. This is a more pleasant environment. Management just needs auditing and tweaking.Thank you for making this Burger King a better fast food choice, a value worth travelling a few more miles.Guidepost.us

The worst, went to try the new veggie burger and one dollar taco, the burger was dry ,over cokoked saltedand dry, the taco was cold muchie and over spicy with lettuce on it. When I went to complain the young lady up front was nice and made it over, but the Mgr. seemed upset. So were the cooks in the back talking loud in Spanish, overall we will not return we will be getting our veggie burger fix at Carl Jr's from now on it's the best.

Just got food from this place, asked them to make it fresh and they weren't able to do that unfortunately. The guy didn't seem to care for my request to have it made fresh so they didn't. Only took them about 30 seconds to give me my food. I used to work here. It takes at least 2 mins to drop chicken or whopper patties and maybe the manager was too worried about getting the order done on time, but as a customer, I could care less how long it takes. I just wanted fresh food and they refused to do so. The night manager was much better about that. BTW, my order was wrong.

We were heading to the drive in and running late. We went through drive thru and the employee was rude. And we had a large order with a family of 9. Only allowed to use one coupon per vehicle. They told us since our order was large to park and wait. Since we had to wait I went in to order the rest of our food with more coupons. I had to wait for front counter service for more then 15 min. Then after I ordered I had to request my cups for soda. And filled them myself. Then requested sauce and they said for me to get them myself. I had 9 sodas so I asked for cup holders and they gave me 1. I carried everything to car and dropped a soda. The cup broke. While we were driving to our destination another cup broke. Then while we were watching the movie, another cup broke and one had a hole and was leaking. By the way, this was our very first visit to a Burger King. We went because of the coupons. And from this experience, I will never take my family there again.

Honestly extremely disappointed with the last three times I've been here. The girl in the drive through is completely incompetent. She sits there arguing with people in the store, including employees and forgets half of what you ordered, and then just shuts the window and gets annoyed if you ask for what you payed for. All three times have been midday during the week, so I'd say avoid this place during those times.

There are many Burger King's around. This one is, by far, my favorite. I have extreme dietary restrictions and find it very difficult to eat out. I have to look up the nutrition facts on everything and almost all other fast food joints are not viable for me. This restaurant is my favorite because their service is quick and great. This is the only one that I have found that doesn't make me wait a great amount of time for my special requests. I usually get a whopper jr, nothing on it but lettuce and heavy onions and small fries with no salt. I always get my order in a condition that shows me they have pride in their job. My burger is not at all messy or looking thrown together and there is never a wait for the no salt fries. I haven't found that kind of service ANYWHERE else. I highly recommend this store. It is the only BK that I go to.

Establishment is clean and tables are not dirty or sticky as I have little ones. Food and service are fair but again I was here before the rush hours. My only gripe is that this place as no baby station tables and looters smoke near the entrance.
