Went here for more than 5 times. Dr. Chung helped to fix my lower back, shoulder, and neck. Felt great the 1st time and they feel much better now. Less back pain and neck pain even. Dr. Chung is willing to listen to your concerns and fix your issue quickly. 1st visit took 15 minutes where as next visits took less than 5 (in and out in 15 minutes). Highly recommended for young professionals and elderly.

So I just drove up to my appointment which was scheduled for 10:50 I think I walked in at 10:51. I just spent 30 minutes filling out extensive detailed paperwork only to be rushed by the front desk receptionist asking me at least three times was I finished with the paperwork. This did not go well because I figured if she was rushing me for this how rushed would the doctor be, and I'm in pain. So I told her to either see if she's going to be able to take the time to see me or reschedule me. She told me while she has other appointment so you're taking a while to fill out the paperwork. I told her again either see if she has time to see me or reschedule me. She says you can wait till after 12 or you can come back at 3 on Monday. Now I'm only writing about the front desk girl who seemed at best about her job zero the lowest in the highest definitely probably a one. That's it I don't think I'm coming back here, and I wonder if they understand that the people who represent you in the front of your business can break your business? Iwalked out and decided to look for a doctor and a office that seems to care. Won't be returning here didn't even get past the front desk not a very good experience.

Disgusting!I took my daughter in for care. Waited 45 minutes and then proceeded to have a 15 minute discussion about whether Insurance was going to pay with an open case or how payment could be secured. Why? Because the issue may stem from an auto accident the Dr. was concerned that he may be subpoenaed and require additional documentation. I stated clearly that I was there for the concern about my daughter. He could bill me directly if there was any concern about receiving payment. I have insurance and could even get a referral from our family physician if needed to secure their payment. Then he stated that he would prefer to refer me to another practice for our conversation was being adversarial. This practice is NOT about Chiropractic. It is an AMBULANCE CHASING FACILITY disguised as a holistic care practice. Not once did we discuss care for or potential issues that could be happening with my daughter. A business like this should not be around and it is a shame that someone like this can continue to operate like that. Even worse, it has to exist in Natomas. So much for the Chiropractic Oath. Please read other reviews about attitude. If it is repetitive you should be concerned.
