Super friendly bud tenders. Really great price range on all product categories (edibles concentrates flowers etc). Best of all, BEST OF ALL! When you ask for a recommendation based on whatever is your criteria, they actually give you what you’re after. That sounds elementary but surprisingly it is rare around here with weed shops.

This place is personable and their deals are amazing. BUT this is why they rock:Michael helped me break into my car after I locked my keys in it. He spent over an hour in dark winter to help me out. Shannon Rocks!!!Everyone here is amazing go see them!!

So my mom and I went in today. We explained what we wanted. Guy was super nice and helped us pick out a vape battery and two cartridges. We left. Tried cartridge number one, it didn’t work. Tried cartridge number two, it worked. We went back to the store and the owner helped us this time. He tested the cartridge, determined it was fried, and gave us a new one. Awesome. Went home, tried it, still didn’t work. Went back a third time to the store. This time the manager helped us. She tested it, it should be working. She replaced the battery this time and told us to go test it. Still didn’t work. Luckily we were just in the parking lot this time. So now we have to wait til the owner is there because she can’t give us a refund or anything. So we’d have to go there a forth time to get this figured out. We get home and I read the back of the package, and it says it won’t work with the type a battery that was sold to us. So I call to tell her and she says it was the new guy and it was a miscommunication. But the owner saw the battery and the cartridge, and the manager saw the battery and the cartridge, and neither said anything about the two not being compatible. The new guy was very nice and they were open Christmas Day so I gave them two stars instead of one. Now I have a $36 cartridge that I can’t use with the battery that was recommended so I have to buy a different battery. Disappointed and annoyed with the whole thing.

This store allows people to leave infants in a hot car while they run in and purchase, and if you call the cops about it, this store will refuse you service. Do not support this shop, there are many others who would not support babies left in cars on hot days. There are many other shops with better prices, and more knowledgeable budtenders.

The people were amazing I can say I have been to a few shops for a lot of people that are to shy to go in to one or have jobs that wouldn't accept it . Anyways back to the folks that manage and service names slipped my memory back will retain next time because it has become my favorite AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE PRICES THEY ARE THE BEST I'M IN POULSBO AND WILL BE MAKING THE TRIP FROM NOW ON THANK YOU

Love the people, great selection... only issue is they seem to run out of the good vape carts a bit too fast though most shops have that issue and some shops are far worse about restocking. All in all these guys are a good shop, I'd definitely recommend them. The workers are friendly, very helpful and remember my name which is nice.

Bought a vape products from ur store that was produced by evergreen and it was one of the best one i ever smoke 2 days later go in buy the same one and it tasted like seeds tried to bring it back the people running the store were really rude like i was trying to pull a fast one i bought and tried returning it less than ten mins with receipt and all and was told to basically leave bad products and customer care

Love the selection of edibles,pre rolls, and the employees are way cool. Its like my new MJ family,....however, one of the owners,Will, is not worried about customer service it seems. I was waiting to pickup a silicone ice bong, and since they were out, he did something a manager/owner of ANY company should NEVER DO.....Tell a customer that a specific item will be in by a specific date, and then not only fail to keep his word, he straight ignored the fact that I had to have this item for FATHERS DAY, well never heard back, and DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT WILL HAPPEN. HATE TO SAY IT, BUT AS A PREVIOUS DISTRICT MANAGER OF A LARGE CHAIN FRANCHISE, I KNOW THAT MY REFERED FRIENDS WHO GO THERE, WILL FOLLOW IF I DISCONTINUE MY BUSINESS AT KITSAP CANNABIS.
