I cannot speak highly enough about how awesome this place is. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my question and pointed me in the right direction on what would work best for me. The medicine is a bit pricey but it's better than driving to Pensacola. I highly recommend this place.

UPDATED TO 5 STARS! (12/18/18)I was able to talk to the girl that I first dealt with the first time I went here (Tashii) and one more time she was awesome! It is really hard to compare dispensaries because they speak different "languages". For example one of them will say 40 to 1 is the ratio of THC to CBD and the other one will say 1 to 40 ratio which is CBD to THC. Plus they come in different sizes so Knox has 300, 600 and I think 900 mg and the other ones have different quantities. Anyway, Tashii was able to break it down to me and dumb it down so that I could compare apples to apples. I am forever grateful to her for that! I think I'm going to stick with Knox for now! ORIGINAL REVIEW (11/27/18)I didn't know what to expect since this was my first time visiting a dispensary. You have to be buzzed into the place and the receptionist and a guy who looked like a bouncer were sitting behind a counter and there's a small waiting room. Once I was called into the back, that's where all the products are. The girl that sat and explained everything (Tashi) was wonderful!! She was sweet and patient and funny and answered my zillion questions without making me feel dumb! I'm so glad she was so nice to me cuz I was very nervous! I'm a 55 year old, white, middle class, suburban, stay-at-home single mom with a disability that requires medication. I get sooo many nasty, judgemental looks when I get my opiate Rx filled that I kind of expected the same thing here. It was the complete opposite! I felt welcomed and was treated with nothing but kindness and respect by Tashi! I tried the product a couple of times and it's going to take some getting used to but so far its OK. The oil that I wanted for sleep, unfortunately, is out of stock and may be for quite some time but I was promised I'd be called when it came in. I'll update my rating later. For now though, 4 stars is perfect for Knox!

I called and asked specifically about an item, was told it was there, in FWB and in stock. When we arrived not only did they not have what I called about and purchased there before, they have NOTHING in the entire indica strain. NOTHING, no vape, capsules nor drops. Even worse they have absolutely no idea when they might get any in! Then she said it was difficult to grow indica during summer months...? Why have the prescription if you cannot buy the right medicine?We were taken completely by surprise. They offered another product, drops in a bottle and no vape. We purchased something for 90.00 not knowing anything about it and expected to spend less than 50.00 today. I called again when we got home and Paloma was very nice but couldn't tell when they might get any in either. She offered a 10% discount on our next purchase BUT why would we purchase anything if they don't have what we need?!? Very Dissapointed in Knox overall.BOTTOM LINE... We will NOT be going back. It felt like we were lured in with a lie and either left empty handed or buy something new and hope it works like the product we would normally buy AND THE COST WAS DOUBLED. BUYER BEWARE!!!
