Everyone I interacted with was well informed and professional. The external view isn't much to look at, but when you walk In you will see a clean well put together establishment. The free vape pen is quite nice to, for a freebie. I have had zero problems with it and found that it stays charged for quite some time. The product also is quite good, having an extremely smooth, mellow and quite attractive taste. Overall an enjoyable and pleasant experience. I certainly plan on going back again! I would recommend to any medical cannabis or low thc patient, without hesitation.

Best product in the market so far. Yes the prices are slightly higher compared to Trulieve 600mg cartridge, but compared to the 250 mg, it's .002 cent difference per mg. No cutting agent! You will taste the difference. Don't get me wrong I love Trulieve, but Knox products are excellent.

I've been to all of the competitors in the area (Trulieve and Surterra) and I feel like I had the most personalized, informative experience at Knox by far. Their products are more expensive than Trulieve but I really like their Elara vape (1:1) for my anxiety/PTSD symptoms and their Polaris indica for insomnia and migraines. Their cartridges do taste a little weird, not really like cannabis... but you get used to it. Their products are mid-range in strength in my opinion so they can be used as much or little as you like all times during the day. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the pricing is not very competitive and they don't give any discount for first time customers like all of their competitors. I've also heard that the CEO of Knox is fighting against bringing whole flower to Florida which I have not confirmed personally, but that is something I will definitely look into because that will affect my business in the future.

I'd like the location and like the shop do not like the limited product they do not sell any products in near the I could use for instant relief at the price point that I want considering they charge what they charge for 300 mg of oil that is not even a 1/2 gram for what day charge there for that price I can get a whole gram of oil elsewhere so they are overpriced

Tried to order Perla CBD capsules online for pick-up in Clearwater store today 11-19-19. Not availabe. I called the Fluent number and was told by a rude female that she had no clue when the product would be available again. This is exactly the type of issue that will drive customers to another dispensary.

Veterans Beware! You will be forced to acknowledge that every offer they send to the general public does not include you. They get around this by saying you have a choice over which deal is better, the discount or the offer. I've spent thousands in this company, have stuck it out when their product line was empty and have exhibited a lot of patience. I personally drive 45 min to The Clearwater location. As a 100 percent Disabled Gulf War Veteran I'll sumarize: A veteran should never have to forfeit a discount they earned while trying to take advantage of sales that would further benefit the client, especially on Holidays that celebrate the service of Veterans. Shame on Knox/Affluent. The only thing I will credit this company with is perhaps the friendliest staff I've seen anywhere, but they will let you walk over a few dollars. Please don't send veterans promotions on National Holidays and then insult us by denying a discount we earned. Btw, this is the exact piece I will be forwarding to the News Outlets.
