So while sitting in the lobby for my first visit in the store. And the younger shorter employee with a scruffy beard is bad mouthing the manager of the store saying he needs to higher better employees, I think he's right by the sound of himself. I then her him complaining about one employee taking his time to answer all of his customers questions. He says and I quote I get them in and out as fast as I can don't care if they have questions.It was a huge turn off at this store. I've heard jothing but bad things about this place. But I thought I'd give them a shot anyways. This employee made it a bad timing for my first visit.

Excellent service.... Mr. Howell was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable with my first visit. He explained everything in a professional yet relatable manner. I am so glad I had such a wonderful experience at your facility. Want to also thank Mr. Moore at front desk friendly service.

Very pleased. Jordan answered all my questions satisfactorily and addressed some issues I hadn't considered. The quality and purity is outstanding. I was provided a complimentary vape pen which is aesthetically pleasing and operates very well. Nothing but kudos for Jordan and everyone there at Knox Medical.

Bought product and come to realize when i got home during transport somehow the vap vile got broke evidently from top not being securely put on. I called and explained in detail to staff and manager. Was told could be replaced but to bring it in....which I did ONLY to be told by a completely different manager all he could do is give me "20% off my next purchase today" like I came there to drop another 90 bucks on a product that didn't even make it to my home.Tell me one thing then change it....terrible professionalism. Waste my time and my money and my product.

Jordan and the rest of the staff were very, very helpful! Not only am I impressed with the products, the service that Jordan provided was top notch! He told me so much information that I had not learned from other dispensaries. I will definitely go back to Knox! Vapes are superb!
