This place is really nice. The building resembles something of a snow lodge. It's very inviting and warm, I love the huge fireplace in the waiting area. The staff were not rude in the slightest and they helped me find out where my doctor was located. It's a big building but parking is easy. The receptionists, nurses and doctors were all outstanding. Everyone was polite and I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. I set up an appointment to meet with Sara King, to discuss some fertility issues that I was experiencing. She's fantastic! She answered all of my questions and set up the appropriate testing that I was asking for. I felt cared for, she was personal and kind. I didn't feel rushed at all, like I have with other clinics in the past. I also appreciate how they send the test results to the Multicare app. I can see them as soon as they are released and if I have any questions, they usually respond within 24 hours. Thanks to Sara's appropriate testing, we were able to find out that there indeed was a health issue and she was quick to prescribe the medication I needed. I also had my blood drawn in the same building (second floor) and that was easy. I didn't have to wait long, it was quick and painless. No complaints.
