I have ordered from this company twice. Only twice. The first time was decentish. I was told it'd be delivered between 12 and 2 and it arrived around 3. That's fine, I get it. However, they had forgotten one of the eighths I ordered, so I was told I would receive a free preroll. I said cool and didn't think about that again until a couple days ago. I decided to try ordering from Releaf again, and wanted to know more about the preroll thing. I wasn't sure what all would be included, so I asked. She said she'd get back to me within half an hour. Three hours pass, so I call again. I leave a message and wait another 3 hours. This time, I got someone who has the worst customer service I've seen in a long while. Argumentative, condescending, snobbish, and just overall not pleasant. I know how Southerners operate, being born and raised in southeastern NC. I don't care for strangers calling me "baby", "sweetie", "honey", etc. When I asked her to stop, I made it very clear that I had no intent of being disrespectful, but an elaborate, condescending anecdote appeared regarding her calling her son racial slurs until she switched over to terms of endearment. Frankly, I don't care what you call your son, because I am sure as hell not your son. Due to being given misinformation by either the person who delivered my order or this sorry excuse for a representative, the likelihood of me even contemplating returning to Releaf as opposed to ShowGrow is statistically 0.EDIT: In the spirit of fairness, a little while after posting this, I called Releaf again. I got Brittany, who was nothing but awesome, and I spoke to Andre, who was patient, understanding, and polite. The wait WAS in excess of 10 hours, so I can't honestly say I'm pleased there, but when it came, my driver, Mark, was friendly, personable, and honestly made me feel good about myself. So, I've updated the rating to 3 stars.
