Attempted to contact someone about financial changes and my leased vehicle and got the complete run around without any real movement. I was hung up on 2x sent to voice-mail 3x and did speak to one gentleman but after a quick explanation of the issue he sent me to the financial department without warning and where noone answered. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and the lack of wanting to help a customer.

Had an awesome experience at North County Kia. My Salesman Luis, was great, honest, and fast. This is my first time getting a Kia, and I am super excited with my new Kia Forte Gt Line. What a great car, my new 2019 Camry has nothing on my new Kia. Glad I went to North County kia!! Luis even delivered the car to my house with a ribbon, to surprise my wife for her birthday, what great service!,, and shout out to the Financial department ( Alex) for hooking me with a great deal, he kept calling the bank trying to get me the best deal I can get. Thanks Kia!

I got my sweet 2019 Kia Rio here a few days ago by a dealer named Ben! The experience went smooth and they were not pushy at all! The car is amazing and it’s everything I was looking for. It was within my price range and it came with the extended warranty which is what I desired. I went to a few other dealerships before coming to this one and I actually arrived at this dealer ship to look at a different car, but saw the 2019 rio instead. We purchased the car and did a trade in as well. When we came to pick up the car the next day, they had put some gas in it but had removed the floor mats and gave us only the keys and not the automatic key fob.. this was the only part that was a bummer but I figured I had gotten such a sick deal maybe they were trying to break even some how. Overall it was a great experience and I’d highly recommended this place.

Do not buy from here! They did NOT give me a second key for my new optima, at first they ordered one and I could not get in for them to sync it with my car before they sent it back...now they are saying they have no record of them not giving it to me! This is how they treat their disabled veteran clients imagine how they will treat you! Sad part is they already had a referral sale from me...now I will continue to tell people to go to DCH Temecula instead. Also, I called 3 times and was left on hold then told that they were ALL in a meeting!

I have 2018 kia optima 47000 mile. Came here do to my car lock up and did not start. By the way I had it towed.Coming to find out under warranty the alternate is cover + rental car for 1 week. Come to pick up my car it dose not. Kia service say even tho the alternate drain the battery I am responsible for new battery! I came 3 weeks ago to have oil change they check the battery and it was okay thin. I feel it they can put rental under warranty then way not the battery also. Who agrees should I have to pay out of pocket if the alternate drain the battery? I say bad customer service... left me stranded with 3 kids.. Came across and spookeith manager Robert he understood and help me out I was right.. Being humble and kind go a long way. God is good.

I purchased 2019 sorento 4 days ago, which was registered Oct. 2018 and expired Oct. 2019. They did not provide temporary license plate & I found ticket($80) after I came back from work to parking lot with old expired license. Police department said I should have temporary license plate, but financial team said it is ok with old license plate. ???Whole team including sales person don't provide any information or guideline what I should do once they sold. I would probably get a few more tickets till I get the new license plates..I had wasted time & money. So frustrated....I should have visited other dealers.

My car is 6 years old and the paint has degraded so badly I need a new paint job. N County Kia will not help at all and has not even apologized for the problem. I just don't think a 2013 car should have that bad a problem.In response to N County Kia, I do understand it was not your decision to make, but did you push for me, the customer, at all with the district manager? I was originally told by Kia consumer assistance that you might request some sort or courtesy help from the next level. I know the paint warranty was expired, that wasn't the question. Not keen to buy another Kia. I can't be the only one with this issue.

Beware of illegal sales practices! Found a good deal on a 2019 Kia Soul and my parents and brother to check it out. North County Kia advertised the car with a $5,000 dealer discount for a sale price of $15,380. Enter Vincente L. in the Finance Dept. who informed them that his "boss" told him the car could only be sold at that price ($15,380) with the purchase of $2,490 of dealer installed options(Starguard and windshield protection)...a clear violation of CVC 11713.1(b) It is a violation of this code for the holder of a dealer's license issued under this article to do any of the following: "Advertise the total price of a vehicle without including all costs to the purchaser at time of sale, except taxes, vehicle registration fees, the California tire fee, as defined in Section 42885 of the Public Resources Code , emission testing charges not exceeding fifty dollars ($50), actual fees charged for certificates pursuant to Section 44060 of the Health and Safety Code , finance charges, and any dealer document processing charge or charge to electronically register or transfer the vehicle." I told my parents to ask for his boss and inform them that a complaint would be made to the DMV along with them leaving to spend their money at a dealer with morals. Magically they were able to take the demanded dealer options off and sell the car at the advertised price. Classic bait and switch along with high pressure sales tactics that poor dealerships practice. They will never get our family's business again!

Had a rough time at the stealership. Eric was not professional at all.. Attitude problem.. It was so slow that the staff was actually watching us and laughing like "Hurry up gtfo of my store." Good thing they get paid to watch customers all day by staring and laughing at them. There was literally nobody at the place looking to buy a car... And the sad part is, it wasn't really a good deaI, I could've gone somewhere closer for the same price. False advertising you can only get cash back or 0% financing not both. First and last visit from me and family members.
