Feedback:

I would leave negative stars if I couldWhen I left the "manager" told me and I quote "You're lucky I'm letting you leave"..... Um B that's a threat what is she gonna jump the counter?! Solo is the best thing left there. This place has really bottomed out. I have been going there since it opened and have had a few issues with random products and they are usually great about taking care of it. I took in 4 SHITTY platinum vape carts that bubbled up like chocolate milk, oil in the straw, and ultimately stripped my pen. I spent $100 and I went to go see what we could do about that. I know it is not the retailers fault for bad product, but TERRIBLE Customer service is on the DISPO. The "manager" basically told me she would give me 4 more Platinums, I passed thanks, then offered me to replace with products I've never tried, then tried to UPCHARGE me......UM no I spent $100 I want my value spent. TOLD HER TWICE I was not paying anything more. Then on my way out she started talking trash about me before I even got out the door. I responded I can hear you, and that's when she stated the opening quote - you're lucky Im letting you leave. B**** you gonna fight me at your establishment?!! OWNERS- DO BETTER!! I will NEVER BE BACK, but you don't Need my business right??
