I had a question about a termite product an employee who was passing by the aisle mentioned it was not his area but would call the person in charge (usually that person doesn't come). To my surprise a young gentleman(I didn't get his name) did show up within minutes and was knowledgeable about the products and assisted me with satisfaction. That saved me time and changed my impression about the customer service at The Home Depot.

Still does not have N95 masks for those who work on sanding and dealing with VERY DUSTY AREAS! Also with abestos too. To bad its not listed as deadly as the Corona-19. Can die if inhaling too much of the list of breatheables above. Where is the mask products being made by the many companies that have converted there assembly line to make masks? This choice to who should get the mask needs to be rethinked!!!

I was looking for help to find some items... Actually young workers in home depot are good to say this is not my department. They never help. They never check or surf in to their small and ineptness brain looking for a solution. Customer not import for this new triple zero generation. I ask for a mosquitoes net, using that information the small brain young inept told me. Isle one... That isle is for products to kill insects.... Raid and others like that... But God was with me... A Young Angel named RACHEL, take care off me and help me in the best way at old fashion Customer Care, like the home depot I knew 30 years ago. Gentle helpful. She check online, even help me to find a Round Lock... There is a potential great Manager for Home Depot... My experience in Slauson branch Huntington park was great thanks to Rachel. The home depot haves to put attention on this younger people 90% is not good at all. At least there you can receive help from Rachel and I hope some big fish there in home depot take care about my words. Alex Espinoza from Risco Consultants.

A pandemic isn’t an excuse for poor customer service - I arrived 20 minutes before 6pm and was turned away from the line despite only needing to process a refund and pickup an order. Further, the woman who delivered my curbside order just walked away without letting me check the receipt and completeness of the order. Super unhappy I have to make another trip, I guess I’ll get there an hour early? Go to Lowe’s and save yourself some trouble and enjoy being treated like a human being.

I was shopping yesterday around the Garden Department and the employees were all so helpful and nice. They offered me good customer service and one of the employe name Kimberly and Angie helped me out with picking a good fertilizer. I enjoyed shopping here I would definitely come again especially with the good customer service I received. thank you Home Depot!

OMGGGGGGGGG!! LUZ ,Miguel & Nicole is soooooo Amazing!! They LITERALLY Helped me for hours. Gave me sooooo much information on paint and Knowledge on the colors. Liz went above and beyond for me. I will recommend anyone visiting home depot to ask for Luz & Miguel. They also have such great personalities and Love their job. Thank you Miguel & Luz🎨💛💛💛💛

We rented equipment to trim our trees in the backyard, a power saw and 10 ft ladder. My sister and I trimmed our trees in anticipation of the Santa Ana winds the meteorologist are predicting will hit L. A. And possibly cause fires. The equipment was in good working order and Kristy, the sales person who rented the equipment to us was a font of info on how to use the power saw and power it up. Everything worked out fine. I plan to go back and rent the shampoo cleaninf machine for my carpet.

The mess in most departments waste too much time finding items. Young workers with poor social skills deliver insult on top of insult. They think they are really slick. This store has more than it's fair share of less than smart rude workers. Kudos to those that understand why they really there, customers. Don't roll out the red carpet but have respect for the person that's in front of you.

Went to pick up a scoop of sand. Once I paid, it took so long for someone to loaded to my truck that I could have shoveled it by my self and delivered it. "Happy to serve you" my a$$!The star is for the girl (cashier) that kept calling someone to help me.

The worst home depot ever. l stand in their roll 22 Hardware for over 35 minutes waiting for the staff to help me in cutting the chain no one was ever ready to help. Gloria, Annalie, more than 5 staff no body is ready to help. Gloria came back and said she can find anybody to help. Bad service bad managers
