Do not buy from Kush Bottles. Worst customer service in the entire industry. I'm amazed they're a publicly traded company I wonder if the shareholders know how they treat their customers? If I could give 0 stars I would.

By far one of the worst companies to deal with, i have ordered multiple times over the past year or so and just about every order i get from is wrong in some kind of way either something is missing or its simply the wrong item and i order the same exact thing every single time. i will more than likely start looking into going somewhere else very soon.

Ordered ccell because they are suppose to be authorized dealer. Came from China had to pay import fee and 90% of the cartridges leaked, of 200 cartridges 180 are leaking. Bad company, don't waste your money. They also required me to spend $400 on bs product.

UPDATE: The company reached out to help so I have changed my review to 3 starsVery disappointed in the customer service. I order product from them when needed. I ordered multiple cases of their tincture bottle. When I opened the last pack I found out they had shipped me the wrong SKU. I am 1 day passed the 30 day return deadline and they are not willing to work with me at all. I would understand if it was 2-3 months later but it was literally one day and this is something that they messed up.
