Advertise a special, walk in the door and the special is only applied to an segregated product not in any way marked prior to a false price being read at the register, mana ffg or refused to acknowledge the error or honor the price. Never coming back. Herbal nation has 20% of all dabs cartridges and concentrates every Monday and Wednesday, 20% of all eddibles Tuesday

I had an issue with the employees not recognizing and accepting my passport as ID, but after letting them know via social media, management updated the employees and now it's no longer an issue. Great selection, great prices, and they have a great smoke shop right next door!

This is the worst store ever, I wouldn’t suggest to anybody they sold me accessories that is not what I need they lied to me and was refusing to take it back. They lied to me from the beginning, and was keep telling it’s a law but couldn’t prove anything. Then they just call the police to push me away. Huge disappointment and huge minus to them ——

this place was a little bit strange had to wait in line which is no big deal but when I got into the store and I went to browse some woman that was in line just about had a conniption fit with me being over the counter looking at product so I asked her what I'm not allowed to browse and she says oh yeah you can browse but the line starts way back there first time I ever felt accosted by a customer LOL for just browsing in a store

I've been a long time customer over a year-and-a-half of I moved to Everett I have never experienced a such an unprofessional environment rude and misinforming to the customers they do not inform you on the products correctly and they may turn on you in 10 seconds I've been shopping for local routes for a long time I'm a big fan not anymore they are the worst company you can support and that the employees don't do their job. I've been asked to never come back to a stored due to just stating that these visits aren't going very well in that I need Improvement

I have been to this location 3 times (the other Everett location twice) and at this point I will never return to any of them. The customer service sucked every time. The vibe is just completely negative. The manager is rude and condescending. He feels the need to treat everyone like they are a homeless crackhead trying to scam him and for some reason believes that listening requires the sound of his voice. They act as if they are your only option when there are at least six others within a mile. All of which have better service, selection and deals (and yes I have been to all six). My advice....go anywhere but Kush Mart.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. "Show me your papers, show me your papers and once again show me your papers". This place makes me feel like I'm in Nazi Germany, the last time I was in there I got carded by the same person three times! I was carded when I initially walked in, big deal expected. I got carded again at the cash register, a little annoying. Needed to get tip money from my vehicle so I could tip something, guess what I got carded again by the same person, felt insulted. Also some of the people working there look like they hate their lives and just don't care, somewhat treat customers like their trash beneath their feet. Could also throw in that with their dark circles beneath their eyes, most of them look like pill popping Zombies.

I love this place because of its prices. Most shops overprice there bud and I am usually an unhappy customer. There top shelf bud is $40 and eighth. That's right, they stuck to the original price per gram. So I highly recommend coming here and save some money. I hope this business goes far and others fallow in there steps. Also, keys words like marijuana, recreational dispensary, or pot shop, are not bringing the business up on maps when I searched for nearby pot shops. So maybe if you fix that you could possibly even bring out more business. Im an Uber driver and now any time someone is looking for a place to get affordable bud, I'll send them your way. Thanks for helping me save money.
