The owner was SO helpful and knowledgeable, it was incredible! Her selection of bras was really diverse and, even if she didn't have something in stock, she was organized and was able to say when it'd be back in store. My favorite part had to be the spare white t-shirts she keeps in the fitting rooms to allow people to see how the shirts look like under a shirt (if they didn't wear the right clothing that day). I never would have thought about something like that - and since I came in wearing a chunky sweater - it was something that was crucial to the purchasing experience. I'll definitely be back!

The owner has an extraordinary eye for proper fit, and runs a high standard of clientele service for all customers. I feel very comfortable with talking about my preferences/needs and knowing that I will get honest and accurate advice. I have dealt with the owner directly (not the employees) and my current endeavor is better fitting bras for office attire so will be scheduling time to work with the owner again. I have 100% trust and confidence in Lindsey's ability to connect me with the best bras with the best fit.

I was helped by the owner, who was very kind. She fit me quickly, and although she put me in an F when I've never gone above a DD, she had sound reasoning for why and listened to my request to wear a looser band. She was very helpful in suggesting pieces based on what I wanted, although at one point I was overwhelmed with the amount of merchandise in the fitting room. I think she may have been as well, because about 2 hours after leaving, she called to ask if a garter belt had made it's way into my personal stuff because she couldn't find it. All in all, I enjoyed the experience, and the pieces I left with look amazing!

Extremely limited size selection compared to other similar shops in Seattle. If you have a band size over 36, this is not the place to shop. Most higher-end lingerie shops in Seattle are very well-versed in fitting folks of all sizes, and offer at least a few options for 40+ band sizes and size 18+ panties - here they had nothing in those sizes. They don't have much of a size selection for any of the pieces they carry, making it hard to shop since you fall in love with a style but they only have one or two sizes. Prices are on the high side for the quality of make/material for the majority of their inventory, save for a few gorgeous silk pieces.

This shop is a Seattle landmark and known for excellent customer service. My first experience 5 years ago was with my wife going here shortly after giving birth to our daughter. She felt out of shape and embarrassed. She left the store with tears of joy saying how great and empowered the staff helped her feel. I've come to know the owner personally and sent many friends here over the years. EVERYONE that's ever been here, thanked me for the recommendation!!

I popped into this lovely store during my vacation in Seattle, and took advantage of their free bra-fitting offer, and I'm very glad I did. Lauren was very kind and helpful, giving me a lot of advice on how to know if a bra fit well, and what to look for in a good bra. I saw a wide range of sizes available in every kind of style they had. I bought two bras and matching panties, and my only regret is that I'm not in Seattle more often to browse around. I haven't been fitted properly before, and even though the girl at the counter knew the moment I came in that she wouldn't have my band size, but she still showed care to make sure I knew what I needed. Afterwards she suggested a few local stores that would have my size and I'm wearing a new one right now, and feel AMAZING. No more back pain!!
