Overall Feedback:
I have had two outpatient procedures here and each time the staff has been kind, professional, and have gone out of their way to help. The nurse who took care of me, Mena, is absolutely wonderful. I have terrible rolling veins and a phobia of IVs, but Mena made the process fast and totally pain free. In addition, the staff always take their time to ask questions and listen to concerns, and have a hot blanket ready for you when you get into the bed. I'm so happy with this outpatient center and their staff and I appreciate the impressive level of care they provide.
