Great Service! They listen to input from the customers and make everyone feel welcome. I've watched the check in desk help many different people with questions about the "medicine". Some of the topics are how to dose and the laws surrounding the activity.Loyalty program!Only 4 stars due to parking availability for pickup trucks.

This is the first time that I have tried this place. I'm here to tell you for a seasoned smoker, lake effect is 100% all the way around. The customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. The quality of the product is unbelievable very good compared to the competition way above. The buds were trimmed perfect, the flower was absolutely nice and moist and of excellent quality. They go above and beyond their service. I would 100% recommend lake effect to anybody

You should only go to this dispensary if you dont pay bills and have nothing better to spend your money on.If your money actually matters to you, go to Lume in Kalamazoo or Remedii in Battle Creek and get equal product at literally half the price.-Update after response from Lake Effect:I have used your "deals and points system." Not good enough. I can still get better product for half the price at Lume.

Good service and product but watch bill when checking out. I was told from day one I would get 10% discount off all purchases. I am retired as well as a veteran. Today I'm told no discount on anything on sale. Plus the prices have went up a couple of times. Receipt really doesnt reflect actual prices as far as I can tell. What's wrong with posted price minus 10%.

Front counter person was clearly blown out of their mind. They ignored what i said when i handed my credentials to include me telling her it was my first time there. Two people walked in and went back before me, so I asked what was going on. she simply just did not do what she was supposed to do when I went to check in. Then they failed to tell me that they take two pieces of identification on top of your medical card. that has never ever happened anywhere else at any other dispensary and I've been to quite a few of them. Horrible customer service horrible attention to detail I think everybody there needs to lay off the medicine before coming to work.

Edit: Bring back 4 for 100 Drip Carts!!They really take their time to go through everything, and all products are stickered and lab tested. When it's legal, buy your stuff here - get the benefit of experience and modern knowledge that's not from your dealer. These guys are true trailblazers when it comes to the weed culture in Southwest Michigan and the way they've been polite but assertive of our rights as patients to access to the medications we need is a taste of things to come. Make this the flagship dispensary in West Michigan.

Great product selection, helpful sales people. Be careful when you check out. I got shorted $56 on a product I never got. Asked the price of Royal Pearl Drop 500. Product was scanned for the price. Wanted two and was totaled the 1000 size would be cheaper. That’s what I bought and later found out the 500 size was never removed from my bill. Bought a lot of stuff so I never noticed the mistake. Called and told them what happened. Apparently all this has fallen on deaf ears, I never got a response from them!

Most of the staff are super friendly and are patient with your needs. They have so much bud to choose from which is good, and ALL of it burns good, but none of it is top quality 20 dollars a gram worth ( don't chop down that money tree, trust me), I would stick to buying what they have on sale, as it's just as good as the 20 a gram in my opinion.
