Looks a bit worse for wear on the exterior but was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a dispensary in the 4 years I've had my card. Help was down to earth and very accomodating. Wish I lived closer to this location.

Dispo operates in a very classic way which was refreshing to see at first but was tarnished by the unusually high prices. The lowest shelf was at least 50% more expensive than the state average and their scale seems to favor the shop on top of that. The service is very polite and the budtender is very knowledgeable, I just wish the prices reflected the quality better. Good place to go on Saturdays when they have a good deal but should be avoided otherwise.

I come here because it's super convenient to get to, being less thsn a mile off 196 on the way up to Grand Rapids and there is an atm just off the same exit but they also take some cards (visa) which is a plus.The staff are super helpful and were able to answer all my questions about effects and the most useful strains for my conditions.The products have always been top notch, bud is fragrant and well cured, carts have always worked and their recommendation has usually left me happier than my first guesses that I also sometimes snag. Their selection is compact but the options eschew cheaper products for quality ones and it's been hard to find anything I haven't been really satisfied with.Lastly, I have almost never had to wait for more than a minute or two, which is really convenient.

Came to Saugatuck...had some bomb wax with me but was craving some great flower...this place is amazing...I've had my card for a long time...this place had some of the most perfectly cured and manicured flower I have ever seen...they were very discrete from beginning to end and I felt very safe at there facility...there butender and the guy in the front were so friendly and knowledgeable...product was so great I'm stopping back today b4 I head back to Oakland County Metro Detroit...I will definitely Be back here the next time I come to Saugatuck...and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone looking for a discrete dispensary with fire products💗🖤💗🖤💗

After years of going here, it’s time for a review. This place is a GEM. In the dispensary/provisioning center desert that is SW Michigan, this place is all the doctor ordered. Yes you have to be a member but the costs will be outweighed by quality. The bud tender is more knowledgeable than the majority I have met. Do yourself a favor and join this place, compassion clubs are how medical marijuana got its start, enjoy it!

This is a tough industry to be in right now having to jump thru all the possible legal hoops, but if anyone is going to thrive it's going to be this place. They have excellent, knowledgeable staff who actually care about their patients and the product they're selling. They have a convenient scheduling process and always make you feel like a priority. Their inventory works for me! :) Thanks for having our backs guys!
