I am a medical cannabis user. Lakeside Remedy ROCKS!!!! I appreciate everything about them.I have been with them for about 2 years and they are my favorite dispensary around (and I've been to 7-8 in the local area). They offer fair and reasonable prices, great customer service, and their drivers are all cool and hardworking people.TIP: I call my order into them, because WeedMaps charges nearly $ 4 bucks, I save that money and instead use it to give the driver a tip for their gas and effort.

They are crooked stealing from employees lying about inventory missing so they can take your money at the end of the day.... and getting robbed at gun point is common with them . And when u get robbed at gun point there suppose to give u a peace of the company for a near death experience they didn't gave me a quarter and see u tomorrow they don't care about there drivers

I sent them an email to sign up as a new customer, and a guy called back and confirmed I was in the system. I told I would call back in an hour to place an order because I was not home and he said no problem. I call back an hour later and they said I was not in the system and to email them my info again which I did. No call back from them. Thanks for wasting my time, I'll make sure to avoid them!

They wont listen an try an find a way to solve problems that employers have. the way this company handles problems is the owner just prefers the employees to not ever bring up issues job related. The owner doesn't want to listen or take value in the drivers and doesn't value the people who are out 12 hours driving around different places it's the reason the company has people to deliver their products. The company is a start up an they pretend to have good customer service yet they are awful to the people who are working an drive to there locations for deliveries they dont care about there people who are the face out there for the company end of the shift you find out the company had not fully paid you they expect you to trust there math with the cash they counted. or whats done is other delivery drivers tell customers to only pay out tips to them an to not give tips if it's a different driver. The company prefers to ignore the delivery drivers when it comes to short in pay or other drivers telling the customers to not pay tips unless it's them only. There's no equal opportunity an they make you drive far because they allow someone else to get your customers because they know which people are ongoing tip paying
