Feedback:
Been missing my trips to Lands End as of late, and this quarantine has got me reminiscing about this beautiful lookout point. Not only is Lands End Lookout an extraordinary vista point within San Francisco, but it's also a functional visitor's center and souvenir shop. This lookout point is often the start of many hikes and exploring expeditions for those who visit Lands End and the Sutro Bath Ruins located down below. There's a large parking lot right next to the lookout, but it tends to fill up quickly as it's a very popular tourist attraction.Inside you'll find tons of souvenirs, trail and site maps, and a small café. The café is small and doesn't offer a ton as far as food goes, but it's a nice spot to grab a coffee and a snack. There are also restrooms located on the outside of the building that are open during regular business hours (probably not during this time due to COVID-19).The views from the lookout are absolutely stunning as you can probably imagine. You'll have incredible views of the Sutro Bath Ruins and the beautiful California coastline. For a visitor's center, the interior space is actually quite small but still effective. There's so much information that's readily available inside of the center, so if you're a history buff, it's definitely worth a visit.
Feedback:
Beautiful place to have a walk and listen to and watch the waves crashing in. You can walk around the ruins or on the beach itself or go along the trail which will take you to the legion of honor and golf course with great views along the way. There's a gift shop with small snack store right at the parking lot, but also the Cliff House is right near by and there's also Louis

I think I'm going to let all of my photos and videos speak for themselves about the Lands End Lookout area absolutely beautiful but she'll see that with these pictures and videos that I'm about to post. If you're a tourist do you have to stop by this place if there's any place you check out on the coast while you're here this is the place you want to go. From old war relics from World War II beautiful sunsets 2 swimming in the surf surf fishing. And everything else that the coast has to offer. It is all here
Feedback:
Great place to hike and relax. Enjoyed the ocean views and breeze. Bring your 🚲 and walking shoes for the beautiful trails. The Sutro Baths Ruins are also here, and they are very interesting to see. It’s always cold because of the wind so make sure bring your jacket. The parking lot is free on the visitor center side but make sure you lock your car up.
Feedback:
The area is stunning no matter when you visit. Each type of weather is beautiful for a different reason. It’s a great place to set off on a hike of any length! The Sutro Baths are just a short walk away, one of my favorite spots in the city. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are really clean and convenient. The gift shop is so cool! So many books and products I haven’t seen elsewhere. I always feel inspired when I come in here! Plus, it’s very educational!
Feedback:
This is for when it's sunny and breezy: the sun vs shade from the tree ratio is great when walking on the paths which are easy to walk. Stairs are everywhere so be ready for those, along with the fine sand that naturally comes from the beach and dirt. The words are quite active and have beautiful songs to listen to and this place is a great to bring your animal friends for a walk.
Feedback:
By far, the best place in San Fransisco. Great trails to explore, interesting history and a nice stretch of beach with waves crashing onto the rocks. Sadly, the whole are was riddled with litter. My daughter and I ended up filling a large shopping bag with trash while we explored. If you go, take a trash bag and help keep America's national parks beautiful.
Feedback:
Beautiful scenic view. Historic sight, near Cliff House restaurant. A little further along the road and you’ll see the ocean beach of the Pacific. As well as being near the Golden Gate Park. Has a trail down steps into a cave/tunnel of sort but unfortunately was closed off due to the tides or other unsafe reasons; at the time we went to visit. Loved the ocean breeze. Very tourist like spot. Wish we had the opportunity to gone through the tunnel/cave. Other historical site near by, lots to enjoy if your big on trails and sight seeing.
Feedback:
Great sunset spot. Panoramic view of the bay and a rocky beach. Check the sunset time to catch the exact moment that last bit of sun plunges into the pacific. On the slightly lower portion is a labyrinth made of large pebbles. A steep but relatively short trail down to the lookout. The dirt trail can become very muddy and slippery during rain season.
Feedback:
It's a beautiful scenic spot to visit with a view of Pacific ocean. There were not many people when I went here, so we could enjoy our time walking around the area.Better bring a good pair of sport or walking shoes to be able exploring the are comfortably. When visiting in the morning, you could experience a mysterious mist surrounding the area, the experience would feel so much different.
