I've always loved this dispensary. I use to go in all the time. I never had any issues. Well I placed an order for delivery like I've done before.I didn't think nothing of it. I know our the previous time they call to confirm. I never received a call. I waited got about an hour. I decided to call them but I couldn't get thru. I called and called. I finally get thru and she informed me me my information is all wrong. I'm extremely confused because I ordered before with no errors or flags. I was like okay well let's fix it. I was than informed because of THEIR clerical mistake I would have to wait till tomorrow. I won't get into all my medical history but let's just that was not an option. I then asked for a manager and informed sure was one and she would have to get in contact with another one. Well I wasn't about to wait so I disconnected a little defeated. However It was only 5:30 so I figured I could find another dispensary. Than my phone rings. Yes my works. It's so magical right? The manager called me back and apologized informing I would receive my delivery within two hours. I've always loved this shop and they continue to provide good customer service. I'm also happy with their selection. I'm looking forward to getting my medical card because they seem to have some pretty amazing medical products.

Caution: pricing and product info is inconsistent with what you actually get delivered. LAST TIME ORDERING FROM HERE.. For whatever reason their customer service rep Tony was not only condescending but refused to provide an explanation for me not receiving the senior discount. He was also sarcastic when I said I will find another place to patronize.Also I think that overall it's a good spot. This is my 3rd delivery so its not about the product but the service. Update: Thank you Alex for your help.

Folks needing their bud during the quarantine: DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE! This has, by far, been the WORST experience I’ve ever had ordering from a dispensary over the past month. Nobody has been slower, lazier, or more dishonest than this establishment. Their “expedited” delivery is nonexistent, and you’re lucky to get your order within a WEEK of ordering it! 4 hours turns into 12, 12 into 24, 24 into 48! They can NEVER give you a clear timeline! Not sure what “awards” their “guides” got, but they definitely deserve the Laziest Potheads Ever medal!

finally I've tried to use your website so many times to order online and it never works your website is nothing more than just a front page with a phone number it is not a functioning e-commerce website it never has been for me all I get is blank pages under your graphics. And I'm using a Android 10 on a brand new Pixel XL 2. I don't know what the deal is I've been trying to place an order to take advantage of the Rove Brand special that I can't seem to get through to anybody or place the order online and this is happened to many times so I just took you guys off my I don't even get your text anymore because I can never connect to you virtually. It works on Windows 10 so I don't know what but you better work with your webmasterSincerely Bruce

Bad service. First time I was forgotten about even after they confirmed my order over the phone. The next time the (6) vape .5g I got from their brand was underfilled and high was very low. This last time I placed my order the girl on the phone seemed irritated by me the minute I answered the phone. She didn't want to split my $325 order between two people but I told her that's what they did to accommodate my order... She ended up splitting my order and now it is put off until tomorrow. So it's 420 and im very disappointed.

Ah, what a beautiful location staffed with wonderful people! The budtenders here are knowledgeable, friendly, and they make you feel like they came in today just for your visit.Ya gotta love that, right?For me, ironically, these visits are akin to dinner at Taco Bell...I want one of everything but I know I'll never be able to finish it all! Luckily, unlike TB, it'll keep until my next visit...which I can't wait for!

Would not take my physicians referral for prescription pricing. Other dispensaries will since Utah has a new system with no official prescription system.The prices here are decent though

MUST READ : At first the place was a nice spot close to home , I had but moved in the area . Whenever I choose I go cannabis I never get the what I asked for most of the time . I am suppose to trust the dispensary to give me what I asked for/payed for , but it never fails. I get home and open my bag it’s something I never asked for. When purchasing I noticed they never show you the receipt or the product that they are putting into the bag that you have purchased , when all dispensary I go to show me the product I purchased and then put it into the bag . It sucks because sometimes I really get excited to try new cannabis.

We bought 10 mini pre-roll and there were so tight we couldn’t smoke it it just a scam this store they should change the policy and how to respect and appreciated people that goes to the dispensary never coming back again just GO to cultivate they don’t charge you for back and joints are from another level! No worth it wasted of money... ❌❌❌‼️cheap weed

Product is great and the price is as well but I have to go with the 3 stars here because ive never seen anyone mess up a preroll so bad. Whoever the have making these cones either doesnt smoke at all or doesnt know how to do cones the bud was way over ground almost to the point of being keif and the cones were packed so tight that nobody could manage to get a hit also my 1g prerolls all weight at most .8 with paper and filter
