I'm a 63 yr old man who went for blood work at the quest first to sign in. waited 20 min among sick and coughing kids. Asked the receptionist to Dr. Leventhal to sit inside the office and she said no. I informed her I was going to wait outside in the 35 temp because I did not want to contract illness from the kids. I waited 40 min in the cold and left. I was told the quest tech called me inside the office and would not get me outside. What the heck is the matter with people! The receptionist and the lab tech could have gotten me. Is their no more humanity!!!!!!
