Feedback:

The staff there is super friendly, I visited LA last week for 3 days and I happened to stop by there, I bought a PEN from there and ended up driving about an hour and half to universal studios and when I got there the pen I had purchased did not work(it was a complete bummer) not because I paid $30 for it..because I was stupid and did not try it out before I left the store. But anyways, I ended up calling them and explained the situation so the man I spoke to was super friendly and polite told me to come back and they will be more than happy to exchange it for me. So I showed up later on that night(7 hours later) and they exchanged it out for me and gave me a new one, this time however I made sure to try it outside of the business to make sure that it works and what do you know? The new PEN DID NOT SEEM TO WORK.....AGAIN! So I went back inside and told him that the second one u just gave me did not work either, he looked at me like I was lying or did not know how to operate it, he started asking me some questions as to what exactly did I do and so I told him I followed the directions that came with it and asked him to go and try it himself. The guy was super sweet and awesome he tried to give me my money back so I told him nonono I just need a PEN that works I want to get high hahaha! So nuff said, he literally took the box in the back and I believe he tried every single one(because when he brought the box back there was only 2-3 left out of maybe 20-25 pens) and finally gave me a pen that works. Over all I was never rude, the people working I'm there where never rude AT ALL. they were extremely friendly and to be honest I can't wait to go back and try out more stuff. I completely understand sometimes they order a shipment of something and they don't realize some of the items are damaged or don't work untill a customer tells them. So point to my story is, if you purchase a PEN from there, try it out first, it doesn't hurt to try it out. I still have the pen and still has not ran out and I'm coming up on almost a week now and still has plenty of juice. I'd say best $30 I have ever spent! Thank you guys so much 💓💕❤️✌️✌️
