This could be an amazing place minus one person. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and knowledge and kind, minus one. I've been here on several occasions and have only had incidents with one person. In my experience one person can make or break a business. They do sell concentrates and flower here and have a small station set up to vape with tools. Just recently they are testing out having a smoke tent set up in the back for evening pay admission with live music... I think it's their first steps in trying to have people pay cover to smoke there like you have to at the Douglas location. Enjoy it while it's free and then move to one better equipped (Douglas st)

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of accessibility at this location. It is incredibly unsafe to take wheel chairs up the steep driveway and the stairs are not an option for the physically disabled. Previously TERP was a great place for the disabled to medicate in a safe space, however the new location seems to be catering towards recreational users.

Good selection and prices, but it's been getting shadier and shadier. The last time I was in they had posters over the tills so the customer can't see the price as it's being rung up.I was a customer for years, but the whole point was that I wasn't buying from suspicious people anymore. Now that isn't the case, so i'm done.

Kyle Cheyne, the owner, is not a good person. He is incredibly rude to patrons.. .There was a woman I met at the Yates street location who helped me buy piece and she was lovely. It's so sad she has to work for someone who's so full of hatred and disrespect. He bans people for absolutely no reason what so ever. He's just an overall creep , mysogynst and rude person to be aroundNot professional at all.

Never again. The second time I visited I was with my 4lb mini dog and got kicked out. Half the clinintel doesnt even shower and your worried about my CESA dog? (Certified Emotional Support Animal)Took my dog to Weeds/Sally’s/Lotus and was welcomed with open arms. I told them the story and they gave me a free gram. Now that’s service. #NO2LEAF

So I had purchased some buddha + buddah from here when I was visiting. When I got home to Calgary to use it the container was only 1/3 full. I emailed them and I got a prompt reply. They said they would send me a new jar, free of cost. So within a few days I recieved my replacement jar! I love leaf compassion and this level of customer service will make me a life time client. Thank you to Dan, Clayton and Hannah at Yates Leaf for making this happen.

A wide selection can be found here from plants to flower to edibals I am giving this place four starts cause out of all the despencerys downtown I felt like they didn't want to sell you any thing you didn't need also leaf > Lotus land

Really loved the customer service, the girl @ the front desk was very chill & answered all my questions with simple easy to understand answers. Me and my friend were interested in buying some medical maryjane, so we were handed an application to fill out & it was approved within minutes. After we were approved you go upstairs and that's where the real magic happens!! Will be coming back
