I wanted to take a quick moment to talk about Tricia Parido’s Turning Leaves Recovery programs with a special emphasis on her series on resiliency. I can’t imagine a better time for many of us to find moments to re-connect with ourselves, our inner strength and the relationships around us. Her series offer so much insight that is presented in a thoughtful, engaging way. She will draw you in to each topic and really get you to think about the topic at hand. I can speak for myself in saying that throughout these unprecedented times I have found strength, courage and guidance for each section of the series. Whether you are managing an addiction, trying to navigate yourself through this “new normal” or just seeking to increase your inquisitiveness about yourself- her tools provide the support, knowledge, compassion and self-love required to make those positive changes and strides toward your ideal you. I highly recommend her series in addition to her flag ship program Learn to Live Free. If you feel stuck in any aspect of your life, Tricia will walk beside you every step of the way, gently challenging and reframing, while allowing you to come to your own conclusions. I am incredibly grateful for her insight and knowledge.
