Friendly, helpful and caring staff. They show a great deal of care and concern with their patients needs. This lab and the services they provide are life changing! The only complaint I would have is the out of pocket costs makes it quite difficult to afford the medication as needed due to the fact that insurance does not cover any of the cost. As a disabled person afflicted with multiple conditions, that is medically incapable of working, and this medicine being the only one that most effectively helps several of my symptoms to where I can be somewhat semi-functional, the out of pocket costs are just too much.
