Thank you Monica (one of the Pharmacists at Leafline) for patiently sitting with me today and helping me figure out what wasn't working with my dosing. I saw two other pharmacists (both from different places) before I saw Monica and I was feeling lost and frankly pretty neglected (guidance-wise) when it came to figuring out how I should be taking the medications to fit my needs. I feel so relieved to now have Monica helping me. She's both knowledgeable and generous with her attention and guidance. I don't feel nearly as lost or alone anymore in this and I look forward to continuing to work with her. Two thumbs up from me. (If I had a 3rd thumb, I'd put that up too).

I offend need my medication....and I jus don't understand why they wouldn't make it....first of all Soo expensive...and when it pretty much cost nothing to grow or produce.....so it's all profit for these despecery onwer...but I know there was a few outta 25 grand application fees suck.....jus all I ask is plz have sum love for people that believe in your Guy's idea.... marijuana is a medication! LOWER YOUR PRICE

I've read all the reviews and was amazed to find that some people loved this place and others absolutely hated it. I've been to both Leafline Saint Paul and Minn Med downtown Minneapolis and found both to be pleasantly staffed and professionally run. I prefer Leafline for two reasons: The first is that I live in the East Metro and I can conveniently stop by either on my way in to work or on my way home. The second is that I sought medical marijuana because of a chronic and acute back problem and have no interest in getting high, and I feet that the Leafline people more fully understand that fact and have helped me find the right products for my condition. The down side for both these places is that they are way way way too expensive and can only accept cash.

I am beyond satisfied with my first time visit to leafline labs here in St Paul. From the time I called to the time I left the building. I spoke to Jack on the phone a few days back, and he was extremely professional. Even has a cool Australian accent! He made sure I knew exactly what to bring and where they were located. I just got home from visiting here. I walked in the door and can you guess who I saw? Jack! He asked how I was doing and asked for my ID. He then brought me back into a room. We sat and chit chatted for a bit about the initial overview and I was able to explain to him how this leafline labs surpasses the minnesota medical solutions process. I genuinely felt at home there. I thank you Jack for the excuisite welcome. After that awesome conversation, he left the room and went back to the front where he could assist any other patients who were entering the building. I would like to add that there was not a lot of folks here, which was great for me, because I suffer from ptsd and do very poorly around new faces. Now, the pharmacist Monica came in to speak with me. Let me tell you this, she is truly a human being with one heck of a big heart. I was able to receive an enormous amount of knowledge from this woman. Monica, I thank you for the amazing conversation and info I was able to get from you. Folks, if you want the best possible care in this industry, I suggest leafline labs. Not one negative thing to say about this place. I thank you for all for the wonderful welcome and I can say with certainty, that I will be returning and continuing my care with you folks. I would also like to add to patients out there, do your research. You can find almost anything on the internet these days. Educate yourselves and when you have an appointment with a pharmacist or anyone in the cannabis industry, you will have a more comfortable experience because you too will have some knowledge to relate upon. :)

Not sure how other people had problems, they have 3 strains and the one that I feel is the most cost effective is the 50/50 vaporizer. Based on previous averages, I'm likely to save about 10-15%, and they have a rewards program which is equivalent to a 5% discount (I haven't used it yet so I'm not sure how it works, but I see it on every receipt). The prices are well above the national average, but I expect that to drop as it expands (mathematically, they have a very small amount of people qualified in this state, and who knows how many of them actually use Leafline--write to your rep for that one and see if they don't laugh it off). Use instructions are very important because this is not smoking so I'm guessing that is the problem people are having.On a professional level the staff is top notch, and the building itself is very nice (it is hidden around the corner, if the signs aren't up follow the road before the building east(?)/take a left)

I have read a number of negative reviews of this place and went there on 11/13/17 very suspect of how I was going to be treated. Well that was a very faulty feeling. I am a primary caregiver for a patient so met with both the take in person (Grace) and the Pharmacy Clinician, Kim. They were both exceptionally caring and concerned. You could not have been made more comfortable and informed of the process. Everything that was taking place was carefully explained to my client. Exceptional customer service. My thanks to both.

First off- SHAME on those of you who make patients who need LeafLine and their medication SCARED to go there by posting such negative, toxic and hateful things because you did not get what you wanted or didn't do any kind of research as to price...IT IS NOT LEAFLINE'S FAULT THAT IT COSTS WHAT IT COSTS. PERIOD. As a matter of fact, they are very generous with pricing and giving help to those who qualify for it. I would also like to say that the people there are WONDERFUL!!! Monica is my Pharmacist and after being terrified to meet her because of reading a certain review seen below, I found her to be knowledgeable, caring and empathetic to my medical problems and my situation and genuinely wanting to do what she can to help me. Hey GRACE...you have MORE THAN enough grace and kindness! That goes for ALL of the ladies and gentlemen that I met at the front desk and back in the pharmacy pick-up area. Keep doing what you're doing ALL of you! You are greatly appreciated and St. Paul and the rest of Minnesota are very lucky to have you. Thank you!

I have had only good experiences with leafline labs, the staff has always been professional kind and never judgemental or un-empathetic. Ive always been able to get through on the phone by my second call and ive never had to wait more then 20 minutes to fill my prescription. The building, bathrooms, rooms where i met with a pharmacist and waiting area is clean and well lit. The pharmacist I met with was knowledgable and the staff have happily answered all my questions(and there have been a lot) they treat me very kind. The prices are what they are, basically the same as the other company in mn. Their vape pens taste very clean and they add turpines for better flavor which makes taking my medicine easier. Ive had a leaky vape penb i came back the next day they inspected it, and gave me a replacement because the cartridge was faulty without a hassle (but a very reasonable short wait). Good company doing good things. They also offer suspension liquids and lotions. They have a loyalty program too.
