Erica was my budtender, and she was very knowledgeable about what she was doing, she knew about that specific item, seeing she is a newbie working in that field, plus she is a friendly and all around nice woman. This was my first time there, another lady first started with me, I forgot her name, another very nice woman. I usually go to the weed store here in port orchard by South Park Pharmacy plaza. Yall are very friendly and knowledgeable about weeed:$ I will be coming back here for sure 👍

I have been growing and dealing with marijuana for 30 years and I have noticed that I usually make the best choices and in the happiest when I can pick out my own marijuana but the budtender that I unluckily received this night at the storeI would have just went to a different store but I made it in a couple minutes before they closed and was my only option at that point anyways SHE; had a real powerful opinion on everything and would not even show me things I was trying to see because she said she was closing or because of covid-19 she was so extremely overpowering I almost didn't buy anything but realized I did WANT TO get high and hadn't been high for a few days so I ended up GOing with her decisions and was extremely on happy with the product I got when suggest to this company to do some internal investigations on their budtenders because it was downright unacceptable I've been to every store in town and never had any situation ever like this good luck you guys don't want to BE A HATER but I'm going to have to be on this one and WELL CHANGE my review as soon as I see that something's changed like I said I go to all the stores and will notice THAT CHANGE AND I WILL REMOVE THE HATER review and we'll put in a nice heavenly review I'm sure the owners a nice guy and is just dealing with a moldy bud that may spoil the whole batch no pun intended

I’m 18 and have a medical marijuana card, the first time I came in there it was awesome the lady helped me find exactly what I needed & then the second time it was a different younger blonde lady and she had no idea what she was talking about saying she couldn’t help me cause I didn’t have a provider shopping for me but that’s not the law at all so they really need to update their staff on the laws since they are the only other medically endorsed pot shop in port orchard. I’m super disappointed but was able to drive over to hwy 420 in east brem right before they closed and they helped me out immensely. I’d consider going back if everyone there knew what they were talking about

TL:DR Go anywhere else!Be careful buying anything here. I got some distillate that was completely crystallized out of the package. I contacted the store via phone within 3 hours of purchase and 5 times after that. There was never a manager available and I was told they would contact me "tomorrow". I've been trying to resolve this issue for a few months with no success. After being accused of trying to scam them, I decided to write a review. There are plenty of other shops in the area that don't screw their customers, choose another shop.

Went there today and the door was locked open sign on a workers car in parking lot but can't get in because the clerk was going to be back in 5mins but I was sitting there for 15 to 20 mins and no one came back to open the door and then she finally opens the door and I said I'm not doing my business here I called twice with no answer then the lady proceed to flip me off threw the window worst service ever

The store attendant curse me for not using my military i.d......... First it agianst federal law... I can not use a federal i.d to buy weed. Then the employee cursed and told me to leave cause i pointed out Federal. This fat man curse me and my wife .... This is unacceptable... To expect your customer to violate federal law is wrong... All because i have military drive lic... This dis able vet getting a lawyer.. You should never cus ptsd people i never cussed ne one.. I also going to sherrif

The guy Shaun that works in there absolutely has no customer service skills and is very rude and arrogant not to mention the selection is small and way over priced then u put bad workers on top of that not worth it to go there I will never spend my money in there agin on the plus side every store around them is pretty dang good and very well priced

Friendly staff, knowledgeable about their products and good at recommending strains based on your needs or desires. They also cary a damn decent selection of premium bud, from falcana and to fireline and "legit" joints; I've never found "legit" brand anywhere else in Port Orchard. This place is my new main stop for all my smoking needs.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service here. I have had nothing but good experiences from helpful people. I managed to overheat and burn out my vape cartriges that I purchased. Not only did they explain what I did wrong and show me how to prevent it from happening again, but they replaced the broken ones in an exchange. This is currently my favorite dispensary in port orchard. Alot better customer service than some of the others in town.

I buy a lot of cannabis often, and I shop at all the stores in Port Orchard. I don't like to judge the stores on the quality or consistency of the flowers they sell, because they aren't the ones growing, processing, curing, or packaging it. For instance, some of these companies in WA will have an excellent batch of a strain, but later produce a mildewy batch which has been cured improperly. This is not really the retailers' fault. With the way things are regulated, they have no way of knowing with certainty that the buds in the jars and bags on their shelf were dried and cured properly and consistently. Budtenders will do their best to give you an accurate assessment and honest opinion of the products they're selling, but can't know with certainty that the ounce you are buying is the same as the one of the same strain from the same producer that you or they have tried in the past. I've bought amazing ounces of a strain, and been deeply disappointed to later purchase a nasty, mildewy ounce of the same strain, from the same company.I judge the stores on the quality of their customer service. I was training budtending staff at Medicine Man Denver, before all of this recreational stuff began. I still feel used to the medical system in Colorado... With the way things are regulated, recreational budtenders here in Washington aren't really given what they need to provide the level of customer service that I became accustomed to, when shopping for my medicine. But, these guys are incredibly outgoing, and they have great attitudes. They will make your shopping experience the best that they can. I definitely can't say the same about all of the budtenders in town. In comparison, some budtenders at other stores are incredibly rude. So, I've really begun to prefer this store, more and more.
