Never has the products in stock that are advertised or answers the phone. Today they completely out of flower and business. Absolute poor management. This brand needs to step it up before you get swept under the rug in this industry. On my way to Curaleaf and Truelieve. They are completely stocked today with a much larger customer base. Wonder how? Starts with management. Those are just two brands to go to rather than this one. Decided maybe I should give another try and drive to the other liberty near by. Instead of out of stock, they are completely closed with no voice message to say on voicemail. Just a sign when you arrive

Staff is nice, but they NEVER have any flower in stock that is advertised on the website..its always the same 2 strains, Super A5 and Blue Dream(sometimes). I stop in and call often but am always told check on the weekends, which I do..often..I've even gone in at 1pm and been told all the new product delivered that morning is already gone..Libery is not remotely near the level of professionalism and product availability as Trulieve, Curaleaf, Rise, etc...if you want variety, availability, and properly curated flower, go to those dispensaries instead

I was completely disappointed with the whole experience, I first walk into the store to only 2 people working in a huge store. Both workers assisting one person , A worker called Maritza Approached me nice at first noting wrong , but while I spoke to her she had almost no knowledge about what she was Selling to me. I felt like i was speaking to a mc donalds employee about my medical marijuana ... she did not help me at all , told me wrong info & when I asked about the wrongful information she gave me , she got very offended . Told me to GT*O the store . Luckily I live in hollywood right next to the Dania Beach location. I was just driving by randomly & expected noting but the best, but left disappointed & disgusted . Hopefully something will change about this . I asked for her managers number after she kicked me out but she just gave me the 1-800 # . Also asked for her name & she wrote it down completely wrong ..... I only know her name because it was typed on the receipt of my purchase . If it was not for this piece of paper , I would have been clueless to who I spoke to & had a horrible experience with. BOTH people working there had 0 knowledge about medical marijuana , DISTURBING WHO CAN GET A JOB THERE.
