Feedback:

I’m a very frequent customer, get along with all of the employees. This is my favorite place to come until today, when I noticed that one of the bud tenders who always tells me to get back behind the safety blue line didn’t tell an older gentleman to step back, and he had no gloves nor a mask. When I come in, I’m always in a mask. Sometimes I forget to step back behind that line, because I’m so used to interacting with the bud tenders and being able to see things up close, and he’s very quick and sometimes aggressive in making me get back. But seeing today how he allowed this person to lean and breathe all on the glass with no asking this person to step back at all made me feel very different. My girl who took care of me was great, as usual. But seeing this from the other bud tender who I have interacted with did strike me the wrong way, and I’m wondering why that was now. What is that made me so different in the past and what made him less of a threat today with no mask?
