So I have been shopping at this location only for one. And until today customer service has been impeccable. They are following guidelines as they should. Let me start by saying you can only go in to use the ATM and if you are a med patient. I used the ATM and then tried to see if I can see the merch I usually buy. I came back out and ask the young woman if I could show her what I wanted. Ok cool. As I am waitng for my order to be completed, the manager I assume came out. From the start he was condescending. He stated that he knew I came in to use the ATM which was fine. However I was not to look through the glass/plexiglass partition. And I guess because I don't not respond to him in a way that was to his liking he continued on saying "I wish you would understand that you could get us should down". And I as I attempt to respond he walks away. Now I stood there and listened to him speak. However I was not afforded the same curtsey. I drive about 20 minutes out of my way because I lile this location, the people and the product. But the way I was treated today no more. People are spending money when so much is uncertain. And for him to 1. Talk to me let that and 2. Dismiss me as if I wasn't speaking is unacceptable at anytime. Even more so with so many people being laid off because of COVD-19. I hope no one else experience this.
