First and foremost the Medicine they dispense is the Cleanest I've ever had, as are the concentrates. Their staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They give a military Discount which helps the numbers a lot. They have several different strains to choose from with all sorts of fun names! Having gone through Montana Advanced Caregivers before I can honestly say that this cities dispensaries could learn a great deal from the product that Lighthouse grows and the proper CHEMICAL FREE ways to grow it. Their product is what they say it is and better you will never find Shake finely ground and being sold as Keef to put another 20$ in the companies pocket. I hope they keep up the good work and keep being the example of what the Montana Industry should be. I hope to hear of a heat press coming their way some day soon as well! Now for the not so cheerful. They seem rushed while trying to help patients get in and out, even when things are slow. While I understand the need to be able to help every customer in a timely manner and not have to stay all night. It seems a sense of, and I hate to use the word, professionalism or perhaps warmness can quickly be confused when put into a rushed environment. While I have no knowledge of the companies financing or ability to purchase knew equipment it seems that in 2018 there would be a faster perhaps more electronic way to handle the checkout process which may in turn relieve the pressure on staff and help make the days more relaxed and each patients visit more thorough. In the sense that, they would be able to concentrate more on helping patients and a bit less on keeping track of all the logs and paperwork. Not to mention use much less paper.I'm sad to say this review is no longer valid. In a rush to try and meet demands they started to lack quality control. On my last to visit, before switching to Uncle Bucks Veganic Medicine, I got concentrate that continued to (de-gas) on my counter for as long as 2 months before I finally discarded it. I was able to return thw first one and was assured the next would be better but was actually the same or worse. I can't speak much to the flower they produce as I only used concentrate. I hope to see bho become a thing of the past in MT and require al providers to use co2 or a Rosen press. Having switched to Rosen I will never go back to a BHO concentrate.
