Disappointed. My Budtender CLEARLY asked how I was just because he’s paid to. I understand that, we’re all human going through our own things but YOU'RE ON THE CLOCK. Don’t roll your eyes as you handle my transaction OR my greeting. Don’t wave your body language through the store with “gosh I wish I was elsewhere” and wonder when a tip is the LAST thing on my mind. Apologies for not getting the name of the EXCELLENT associate who handled my cannabis pre-exit you are NOT who I am referring to. It’s not always about going the extra mile, but definitely need to see attitude adjustment.

When I went to pick up my online order they refused to honor my senior discount even though my online order confirmed the discount. The sign said open til 10pm last Thanksgiving but when we all arrived they had closed. Ended up running to one more store that said they were open on that night,Frosted Leaf! And what a oasis it was to see and smell in the dark of the Holiday night! OPEN! What a delightful experience after driving 1200 miles. This could've been you Lightshade,you could've been our first. But again,many other places said they'd be open too but after stopping by 7 different shops, Frosted Leaf was the only that night. We had a caravan of 7-10 cars following us from store to store trying our best to have some dessert after a good Thanksgiving meal. Maybe next time?

A little Cha Cha. I don't like their two step. As I go and buy marijuana they have grand customer service. Sometimes I have no money and I get cigarettes out of their ash tray and the lady that runs the place. Rums me off. Very bad ownership qualities in its economics and very good customer service by its employees. Never offers discounts only advertising swag for promoting their business. I will never go to this dispensary ever again. I will go to a more comfortable one that gives me discounts as I have become fond of their gratitude and service. Almost always giving 5 and 10 dollars discounts every time I go buy a quarter for 50 dollars. Although they I have a good standing relationship with those people I usually go to.

Used to love going here so friendly and quick on service even when they are busy. Prices are fair and almost always have the best shake in town for the price. Went in today after not being in for a week or so and had a lady say that I need to keep my service dog from jumping and biting, first off he has never bit anyone and I don't appreciate it when people are scared of a German Shepherd and make up lies, and as far as the jumping went the only time it happened was when someone else bent down to pet him and he snuggled into them. These employees need to be very careful with trying to lie about his behaviors. I will most likely not be coming back to this location unless they can correct their attitude towards working animals, and apologize for telling lies about him to others trying to ruin his service dog status.
