I usually love lightshade but lately there reward points haven't been keeping track of my points I'm due for a reward and it's only 25 bucks but I spend a good amount of money here. I have called 3 times and I was told that there filling out some form and sending it to there marketing ppl? Idk they have good product but this whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm still waiting 13 days later for points on a 3 purchases I made. It's only rewards but I feel let down by customer service and management.

Lavender Jones and Lemon skunk was purchased. I asked for something strong. These are not what I expected. Somebody should be embarrassed. Extremely disappointed. Seems like using pandemic to dump low quality. Heartbreaking. To ownership. No I won't be coming in to talk to your managers to give you an opportunity to show the true Lightshade as you had an opportunity and broke my heart. Honestly it's a 20 hr. round trip. I can't possibly see how to make low quality better. Consumers: Try Altitude or Good Chemistry.

I've been coming to lightshade for several years now and I unfortunately have to give them a not so good review. Unfortunately their flower strains are inconsistent. What may be really good one time wont be as good another. Their growers must not flush the plants thoroughly enough because 9/10 their flower tastes like chemicals and sparks in the bowl confirm ignition of chemicals. Its gross. After this last batch of blue dream I picked up the other day, I'm just going to take my business elsewhere. The quality of their flower is inferior to other dispensaries. Unfortunately I would not recommend purchasing flower here. Wish I could return my purchase for a refund its that's bad 😥 it even looks and smells gross

Have to edit my review for the worst. Why was I turned away for my FILTERED FACE MASK? The mask I wore into your store is more effective at protecting from disease, yet I was told my business was unwanted all because of the type of mask I wore? The cloth masks worn by the majority of your personnel are pathetic at best, and to DISCRIMINATE against a recurring customer for their BETTER protective coverings and LAUGH AT THEM, is extremely insulting. I will not be wasting my patronage on your establishment anymore if that's how you treat customers, especially when your people are as ignorant as this.

Editing my review for their gross violation of the pandemic health order for COVID. They are asking patrons to touch their faces and remove their face masks fully in order to “verify identification.” They don’t ask every customer to do so either which is blatantly unfair. First off, the health department has specifically stated it is not requiring places of business to ask patrons to remove masks for identification purposes during times of crisis, like this pandemic. Other dispensaries and even liquor stores aren’t currently requiring the removal of masks. Why is this place asking its customers to risk their health? Never shopping here again. GROSS!

This dispensary excepted my temporary license and was warm and excepting. Once placing my order the redhead was a little overwhelming and pushy but we made it out alive. Great prices but get ready to pay extremely high sales taxes.Buds where extremely dry that crumpled to the touch.

We all need to take a stand against these dispensaries that sell trim and call it shake. Lightshade offers ounces of "shake" on the menu. Sounds like a great deal, right? Except when you get it home and smoke it, you realize that it's trim!! There's a difference, Lightshade. "SHAKE" references to the flower shaken off of full buds into the bottom of the bag, jar or whatever it's stored in. TRIM is the leftovers after a fresh plants buds have been cut and trimmed. Makes sense, right? You get what you pay for, I get that. But don't lie to us and tell us we're buying something we're not. And just a heads up, all those great preroll prices? Rolled with trim. Now you know

Dishonest. I was quoted a price over the phone, came in and was quoted a different price. Customer Service is a zero. I asked the guy who quoted the price over the phone and he lied about it. Manager came to the desk and you think he would have given me the quoted price, but no. Over a lousy 10$. Wish I could give zero stars as I am in the Customer Service industry. I will NEVER return....My recommendation-STAY AWAY

The customer service is good they are very nice but almost every time I go in there now card machine is down and there atm doesn’t work. I’m literally just trying to pay them but good news went to green dragon down the street and they were way better, prices/ products/ and I can pay them and leave. Overall I’m thankful to find something better
