Prices are inflated and service is very slow due to the tiny space designated to handle customers. Waiting area is bigger than the actual service area. Budtenders are nice and probably the most knowledgeable in the area. The inflated prices and wait times are too much though when there are many places nearby with more competitive pricing. Great for tourists and high end buyers.

Great flower. Really enjoyed the bubba fett and purple punch strains that I picked up. Spent several hundred dollars here recently and was happy until my last visit. My last order was shorted on both flower and edibles and I had to drive back 2 extra times just to get my order corrected. Definitely check your order. Not sure what could cause this type of error since the state makes them individually sticker everything that gets sold. I've been both a med and rec patient for years and this has never happened. Management offered nothing in regards to the inconvenience of having to drive back 2 extra times for customer service action. Bud tenders were incredibly cool and were very apologetic but I was hoping for a better response from management.

This place takes online orders. You would assume since you get a text "your order is ready to pickup" that the order would be READY TO PICKUP. Is that the case? NO. Do they get your order ready for you? NO. You show up as normal, check in as normal, wait as normal, go back as normal, wait again as normal. GREAT F'ING IDEA!!!!! BRILLIANT

I bought two pax pods from lightshade. When I got home they had leaked and were completely empty. Resin was all over inside the container. I don't get to town very often, but when I finally went back a few months later not only were they unwilling to warranty the defective product, they wouldn't even give me a discount on something new. That's really really bad management. I've been loyal to these guys for years, but will never give them my money again. You shouldn't either. There are plenty of other reputable businesses in Denver that will guarantee their product.

I love this place!!! Such a great experience for my wife and I. All of the bud tenders were extremely nice and professional. They paid attention to what my wife was looking for and she got EXACTLY what she was looking for!!! You are not rushed here,they care about their customers!!! They also have in house products that are amazing!!! If you're thinking about stopping by,don't think just do it!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

I live in Denver and I am a medical patient with serious spine/neck pain. Lightshade has been the ONLY dispensary that I’ve bought from in over a year. They are THAT GOOD. I don’t buy from any other dispensary. Hannah is so professional and knowledgeable and Aaron is always quick to get the customer product. I’m very impressed as I always am

Boy when I tell you the Grandaddy Purp I’ve had in Texas has nothing on the one I got from this location. THC levels were pretty high but, the taste alone will make you fall in love. Gotta stop by today and test some new flavors.

Came by the shop today and was very pleased with my visit. Drew made sure I was able to get double points and didn’t brush me off like some other places do. I even got a discount and a hand shake thanking me for my military service! Their products are top notch and with the kind of customer service I’ll remain a loyal customer. Their strains have been helping me fight cancer and I have zero complaints! I promise if they remain the same you wont either!
